I rarely write reviews, but I'm rarely this disappointed by a customer experience and I hope this saves someone else from spending way way too much money on this hotel. Only giving 3 stars because of the location and view. Having previously worked on site at a hotel myself, I am somewhat dumbfounded by my experience here. I was so excited to stay at Paros Cape Suites, having booked my room early this year to spend 4 nights here this summer. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to the hype of the other reviews I read and certainly not to expectations I had given what I paid to stay here.

To start, I arrived by a 40 euro taxi ride (all of my other hotels in the Cyclades provided a transfer) and there was not really any assistance with luggage. The hotel thought I was two guests when I was in fact only one, but refused to refund any of my stay to accommodate for the extra breakfasts (which were lackluster at best) I'm surely paying for stating that I received extra amenities (despite only giving me one towel every two days).

While Katerina in the office is very nice and doing her best to help, she's clearly overworked and doesn't have the support she needs as she's here from 8am until 10/11pm each day.

The setting is pretty but the room is very small and pretty dark inside. The staff is available via whatsapp and did help with making restaurant reservations and recommendations, but I feel as though I had to ask twice for everything else I asked about. Also, the "private" pool suite is right on top of the next one (I could see my neighbors and hear their music) and the people with rooms above mine can see into the pool as well. Despite this, I took advantage of all that Paros has to offer and have enjoyed the island itself very much.

Additionally, since the hotel tries to be "green," they provide you with a stainless steel water bottle when you arrive to fill up at their water refill stations which consist of a water cooler with giant plastic water bottles melting in the sun that are then put on the cooler. If I'm paying $600 a night to stay at a hotel, I'd rather have water that's not contaminated with toxic chemicals from melting plastic provided to me.

Today, however, was the most upsetting part of this stay. It is my last day at the hotel and I went to breakfast and put the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door, as the housekeeping staff watched me. When I returned from breakfast, the sign had been removed from my door and my room had been cleaned. Since I had the "Do Not Disturb" on the door, all of my valuables were out and when I went to the front desk to tell them about this, the only explanation I received was that the housekeeping staff does not speak English and must have gotten confused. Even the least luxurious hotels I've ever stayed at ALWAYS adhere to a Do Not Disturb sign.

To say I'm extremely disappointed in this experience is an understatement. I will certainly be back to Paros, but not...

We chose this bright new hotel for our summer holiday in Paros. It was our first time in this stunning island and we wanted to spend our 15 days in a quiet, efficient, new, clean place. Our expectation has been exceeded: we found a great team to support our stay to be nice, friedly and plenty of attentions. All is possible to be better but here you can find an hotel with a lot of special services: towels to take for the beach, reusable fashion bottle useful tnot to have any lack of water during all your stay long, water available for free and according the hotel green policy, a gym room with a lot of tools to maintain your fit even during your stay in an islan with a lot of food temptations :), bycicles to ride a visit of the welcoming Naoussa whose center is 5 min walking away, excellent room furnishment whit nice view, Nespresso capsules available for your daily espresso, good quality clean set always according to green policy with dispencers, clean rooms, good breakfast food in a comfortable breakfast room whist you can enjoy local food or just made orange juice. But, what is special from this place, we will always keep with our experience and we cannot find elsewhere it is people who manage the hotel: Alexandros, Liliana, Heera, Hiro ,and....please music and drumroll, the hotel manager Katerina...thank you and hopefully see...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Paros Cape Suites for our honeymoon and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the sheer beauty of the property. My room was nothing short of spectacular—spacious, elegantly decorated, and offering breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. Waking up to that breathtaking view every morning was truly a dream come true.

The hotel's staff were a highlight of the stay. Their warmth and attentiveness made me feel right at home. They arranged seamless private car transfers, which made exploring the island effortless and stress-free. Additionally, their local knowledge was invaluable. They recommended some fantastic restaurants where we enjoyed delicious local cuisine, and their suggestions for beaches were spot-on—each one offering its own unique charm and beauty. The location was perfect as it offered serenity at night but it was only a 5 minute walk into the heart of Naousa night life!

Overall, this hotel provided an exceptional experience with its beautiful setting, outstanding accommodations, and genuinely caring staff. It’s a perfect choice for anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable stay in Paros. I can’t recommend it...

Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay at Paros Cape Suites. Most notable were the helpful and friendly staff. Always a text away on WhatsApp and helping to make reservations for us. Breakfast is provided daily and is decent. Eggs, bacon, fruit, yogurt, granola. All very fresh and tasty. Fresh orange juice and a coffee of your choice is also available. The cafe area is quaint, quiet, and has a great view with some outside seating. The rooms are also nice, clean, and smelled great. The only areas where I have criticism is: (1) the bed. It's from the Cocomat brand and I get that it matches the hotels green concept and that it's locally produced, however it is very stiff. The linens are lovely and again smell amazing. (2) the pillows. They are also of the same brand and VERY VERY firm. (3) the pool. We had a suite with the pool and it was a nice relaxing space, however due to the high winds that area stayed very dirty and sandy. Would recommend a daily cleaning of that area and the pool. Overalls a very pleasant stay on Paros!

We had a fabulous time at Paros Cape Suites. The location was excellent and just a short, easy six minute walk to town. The service was outstanding and the reception team was amazing. You can message them on WhatsApp and they respond almost instantly. They even arranged a taxi for us daily, right away in less than 3 minutes. The cleaning service was great, with fresh towels provided daily along with shampoo and other essentials in the bathrooms. I was pleasantly surprised to find large bottles instead of the usual mini ones I dislike. The only small thing to note is that although we booked a sea view room and it certainly was a sea view there was a small pole in front of our room. It did not spoil the view but it is worth mentioning. Overall we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back.
