I rarely write reviews, but I'm rarely this disappointed by a customer experience and I hope this saves someone else from spending way way too much money on this hotel. Only giving 3 stars because of the location and view. Having previously worked on site at a hotel myself, I am somewhat dumbfounded by my experience here. I was so excited to stay at Paros Cape Suites, having booked my room early this year to spend 4 nights here this summer. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to the hype of the other reviews I read and certainly not to expectations I had given what I paid to stay here.
To start, I arrived by a 40 euro taxi ride (all of my other hotels in the Cyclades provided a transfer) and there was not really any assistance with luggage. The hotel thought I was two guests when I was in fact only one, but refused to refund any of my stay to accommodate for the extra breakfasts (which were lackluster at best) I'm surely paying for stating that I received extra amenities (despite only giving me one towel every two days).
While Katerina in the office is very nice and doing her best to help, she's clearly overworked and doesn't have the support she needs as she's here from 8am until 10/11pm each day.
The setting is pretty but the room is very small and pretty dark inside. The staff is available via whatsapp and did help with making restaurant reservations and recommendations, but I feel as though I had to ask twice for everything else I asked about. Also, the "private" pool suite is right on top of the next one (I could see my neighbors and hear their music) and the people with rooms above mine can see into the pool as well. Despite this, I took advantage of all that Paros has to offer and have enjoyed the island itself very much.
Additionally, since the hotel tries to be "green," they provide you with a stainless steel water bottle when you arrive to fill up at their water refill stations which consist of a water cooler with giant plastic water bottles melting in the sun that are then put on the cooler. If I'm paying $600 a night to stay at a hotel, I'd rather have water that's not contaminated with toxic chemicals from melting plastic provided to me.
Today, however, was the most upsetting part of this stay. It is my last day at the hotel and I went to breakfast and put the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door, as the housekeeping staff watched me. When I returned from breakfast, the sign had been removed from my door and my room had been cleaned. Since I had the "Do Not Disturb" on the door, all of my valuables were out and when I went to the front desk to tell them about this, the only explanation I received was that the housekeeping staff does not speak English and must have gotten confused. Even the least luxurious hotels I've ever stayed at ALWAYS adhere to a Do Not Disturb sign.
To say I'm extremely disappointed in this experience is an understatement. I will certainly be back to Paros, but not...

Read moreI recently had the pleasure of staying at Paros Cape Suites for our honeymoon and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the sheer beauty of the property. My room was nothing short of spectacular—spacious, elegantly decorated, and offering breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. Waking up to that breathtaking view every morning was truly a dream come true.
The hotel's staff were a highlight of the stay. Their warmth and attentiveness made me feel right at home. They arranged seamless private car transfers, which made exploring the island effortless and stress-free. Additionally, their local knowledge was invaluable. They recommended some fantastic restaurants where we enjoyed delicious local cuisine, and their suggestions for beaches were spot-on—each one offering its own unique charm and beauty. The location was perfect as it offered serenity at night but it was only a 5 minute walk into the heart of Naousa night life!
Overall, this hotel provided an exceptional experience with its beautiful setting, outstanding accommodations, and genuinely caring staff. It’s a perfect choice for anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable stay in Paros. I can’t recommend it...
