Extremely rude representative/owner. I have read this on trip advisor already, but i normaly dont need anything so i havent taken it into consideration. The first problem appeared when bees were flying into my room all day behind the picture on the wall, and i got afraid they are nesting there, it was not one bee once..i asked for help, they rejected me very rude. I called our agent and he called the guy who went there and i believe he sprayed somthing ( i was not in the room at the time, but there was the smell in the air after we arrived)... The last day of our vacation - two days ago, the storm started, and it was pouring, my son had naussea the day before, and though we were packed, we stayed in the room after eleven..he was in bed resting from all night vomiting...the guy litteraly bumped into a room at 11:30 - no knocking, and starting taking bedsheets under my son who was on the bed, yelling CHECK OUT! CHECK OUT! I tryied to ask to stay a bit longer, no where to go, its cats and dogs outside and that my son is sick..he continued with the sheets and towels yelling WE NEED A ROOM! We went out to a nearby restaurant sitting all day and waiting for a pick up for a flight at 21. After i found out, from the other tenants that nobody came to the room untill now. Unfortunately this people are still stuck there because of flood and no trafic, and flights have been canceled. In other houses i was told everybody stayed till 3, and mother with daughter was allowed to stay untill 4 in the room. Horrible people. The room is basic and overpriced, but location is convinient. If there was not this disgusting attitude and disrespect i wouldnt mind. If you think, probably you dont need anything and you will not even need to see the owner, you might be mistaken..at the moment people are starving, no watter, and no electricity. Some basic help and attendance would be...

Bathroom witn no shower cabin, just curtain and water drain. Balcony is nice (on the 1st floor) and the room itself is clean. Towels are changed every 3 days, room cleaned every 2 days. This wouldn't be an issue if their sewage system didn't assume not throwing toilet paper in the toilet but in a bin (and than you wait for 2 days for someone to take the trash out). Location is good, not on the main road so it's less noise. 10 min walk to the center, and literaly 2 min to the beach. There is wi-fi, but if it's essential for you don't count on it as it breaks every 5 minutes. Additionaly, you have to pay "environmental tax" 16.5 eur when you arrive, while it seems that some of the prevuous guests were told it was for 'cleaning services'. In total, very low value for...
Read moreStayed for two weeks from 30 August on the first floor with a sea view. Great location if you want to be a stones throw away from the beach. A 10 minute walk into Skiathos town. Wouldnt recommend it if you have walking difficulty as its a hill to climb on the way in and the hill to climb on the way home.||Apartment very spacious, with clean linens every 3 days. Also, very quiet too. The shower could have done with a better curtain and a hook for the shower head. Air conditioning was effective too. The TV had all greek channels - so for me it was a bonus 2 weeks with no TV. Wifi available which was fast too.||I would recommend...
