We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Nicolas Studios and Apartments in Skiathos, and we can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and looked after, thanks to the wonderful owners, Panos and Nadia. Panos, in particular, is an infinite source of information—always available, endlessly helpful, and full of charm. Whether you need directions, recommendations, or just a friendly chat, he’s always there with a smile and a story.||The rooms are comfortable, and well-maintained, with daily cleaning (except Sundays) and fresh towels changed regularly. We stayed in Room 6, which has a lovely side view of the sea—the perfect spot to enjoy a peaceful morning coffee.||The pool area is simply stunning, surrounded by flowers and greenery with a view of the sea. It’s the ideal place to unwind after a day exploring the island. What a gem! We will definitely come back! Rooms are very simple, but clean and have a working AC! Me and my partner wanted exactly that. A simple and clean room with the essentials. We were looking for a place just outside of town to have a relaxing place to walk home to after an evening in the city. Everything else is just a bonus. The beach is within a short walk. 2 min or so. Town is 10-15 min away if your walking.

View: We had a very good room overlooking the pool area with a vies of the sea. The balcony hade grape vines and a plant with flowers giving a heavenly shade.

Kitchen: The kitchen has the minimal amount of cookware. We managed just fine though. We bought a small coffee press for 5 euro in the supermarket across the street. Fridge and freezer worked just fine even though the freeze box inside the fridge was didn't have a door/lid. Hygiene is really important to us so we absolutely loved to see that we had a new sponge (in the plastic wrapper) for the dishes when we got the room.

Staff: Staff is amazingly friendly! Panos in the bar and "all-round worker" is very friendly and super helpful.

Overall: We read reviews before coming. I have to say that the review complaining about not being greeted at the gate to check in was really exaggerated. Anybody with a ounce of world experience or some imagination would just take one of the various small paths around the house to the backside pool area where Panos...
