El Calvario Loft — Hotel in Sacatepéquez

When I got inside the loft, they had a dryer machine working (it was under key) so the loft was hot as hell. Also the noise of it was horrible. (Esp)Cuando entre al loft tenían una secadora de ropa (con candado) activa y el lugar estaba caliente y el sonido era interminable . The restroom light wasn't working, so if you want to get prepare and if you use contact lenses is a nightmare. (ESP) La luz del baño no servía por lo que si te quieres preparar para salir o cambiarte lentes de contacto es una pesadilla. They just let me 2 dirty towels and no toilet paper. Then they brought me some brownish toilet paper. The worst thing is that when they tried to solve the problem instead of just ringing the bell, they loudly and annoyingly knocked the door, like crazy people. Llegaron a tocar la puerta exageradamente sin parar en lugar de solo tocar el timbre y me llevaron un papel de baño de la peor calidad y de color café. The service is the worst part,you have to call like 5 times before they answer the phone and the person that helped me don't seem to be prepared to attend people. 5.(ESP) El servicio es la peor parte, debes llamar al menos 5 veces para que te contesten y la persona que te contesta no parece estar preparada para el cargo.

I think is a beautiful place with a lot of potential but is dirty, the worst service, and it seems to be an almost abandoned Airbnb business, I hope next time they improve these points because as I just wrote is a potential place but is abandoned by the owners surely.

The place has a big potential, but not fully used. Casa (no 2) was quite dirty and smelly - the toilet pipes smell, especially from downstairs bathroom, was horrible.
