Hostel Hopa Antigua — Hotel in Sacatepéquez

Friendly owner! Was quickly available and gave us insightful recommandations for the rest of our trip. Quiet dorms with curtains! Coffee and water were also available for free all day which was really nice. Hostel is more on the side of the city, but we actually enjoyed it since we got to visit a lot more ‘by accident’ and find good restaurants/market...

Es una buena opción para conocer Antigua. El lugar es bastante amplio, las habitaciones muy limpias.

Si bien son cuartos compartidos en su mayoría, muchos tienen baño privado y resulta muy cómodo.

La atención fue espectacular, siempre se encuentra gente linda y alegre.

La casa cuenta con un patio enorme en la parte de atrás que hace muy refrescante la estadía.

Además tienen parqueo para los huéspedes, cocina, café y agua caliente todo el tiempo. Se ofrecen desayunos y una nevera llena de gallo (cerveza)

El Wifi fue estupendo, los tomacorrientes abundan, y me parece que se puede utilizar la lavandería.

En definitiva, si vuelvo por acá, visitaré de nuevo el Hopa Hostal, pues se conoce y comparte con personas de todo el mundo.

Además tienen muchas hamacas para pasar chill en la tarde.

Muy muy cerca hay un supermercado y una parada de buses hacia Ciudad de Guatemala.

En nuestro paseo visitamos el Volcán Acatenango y nos ayudaron a guardar nuestras maletas mientras vivíamos...

Right next to a super busy road, a bit creepy vibes, dorm was very dark, one weird window right next to one of the top beds (mine, yay) with frosted glass that seemed to be next to another room where there was always light, also at night (see photo). Nice garden though and guy at the reception...
