Han Kuk Kwan Restaurant — Restaurant in Budapest

The waiter was polite and kind. He speaks Hungarian and some English. The menu looks slightly different from the one advertised on the Facebook menu, with a bit less food and a bit more expensive. The interior is pretty, it brings back korean memories for sure :) The air-con was going so it wasn't too hot in there on the first floor. The food tasted nice, more home-cooked than culinary, I ate 떡볶이 and 해물파전. It came to almost 20k with a cola. Good place if you like Korean spicy food! Dishes were prepared very well and the staff was nice.

There is room for improvement for the menu - English one. Some dishes were not translated from Korean to English correctly: “Spicy” word was missing for the Steer-Fried Rice Cake. We wanted to eat dishes that are spicy combined with non-spicy one. “Shared” word was missing for the Kimchi with Tofu dish. We received an enormous portion four persons which was very spicy. It’s been awhile haven’t been in this Korean restaurant. Missed it so so much 🤤 The BBQ premium pork belly was awesome 👏 so nice the meat!!! I could eat a whole plate without ordering other food 😝 Had a yummy bibimbab my favorite with the stone pot. The seafood pancake was also very interesting with the sauce. The fried chicken with spicy sauce, sweet and spicy not too bad; my friend liked it so much that ate most of it, I just had a chance to try one. 😂
