K51- Modern & Quality Apartments — Hotel in Budapest

AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! We spent the 3 days collecting, cleaning, drying the place up due to various leaks coming from the air conditioner. We moved electrical appliances away from the leak, we put the only pot we had under the constant dripping water, we covered the floor with the 2 only towels we initially had and absolutely nobody appreciated our effort to avoid any damage on the place or helped us at all with any of it. We were promised a solution in 24 hours. We were very cooperative and patiently waited for someone to give us some kind of solution. We even left the premises on the second day at 7am and returned at 6pm to give them time and space to repair the enormous leak, but although we were told the maintenance team were on it on many occasions, nobody appeared during our whole stay. It was a total nightmare, it was 3 sleepless nights trying to keep the place dry and safe and even avoid getting electrocuted, plus having to put up with the infernal heat, the horrendous dripping noise and damp smell, and on top of all that being lied to and disrespected the whole way through. On top of all this chaos, I must also point out that we lacked towels (initially only 1 small one per person), there were no floor mats or hand towels and most importantly, the shower was not properly cleaned and had long black hairs everywhere. We also had an uninvited drunken guest sleeping right on our doorstep one night, another "joyful" experience... It’s been the worst...

Miejsce nie zasługuje nawet na 1 gwiazdkę. Od wejścia do pokoju uderzył w nas smród papierosów, od którego bolała głowa i robiło się niedobrze, a którego nie dało się wywietrzyć. Stół i pralka były poprzypalane papierosami. Ściany były pożółkłe. Na podłodze był popiół i czyjeś włosy. Cały pokój był zniszczony i brudny. W oknie zamiast rolet były naklejone kartki papieru. Kontakt z właścicielem obiektu jest niesamowicie trudny. Telefonów nie odbiera zarówno od gości jak i od strony pośrednika. Gdy wysłaliśmy maila z poniższymi zdjęciami dostaliśmy informację, że co najwyżej może ktoś przyjść posprzątać, bo nie ma możliwości żeby zmienić pokój lub zwrócić nam koszty. Właściciel stwierdził również, że za taką cenę nie możemy nic lepszego oczekiwać. Gdy nie zgodziliśmy się na to kontakt się urwał. Ogólnie nie polecam, takich warunków nie...

Az elhelyezkedés kiváló. A lakásban minden megtalálható, amire szüksége van. DE! De a takarító személyzet durva és hihetetlenül rossz modorú! Összekeverték az ottlétünk időpontját, és a részletek pontosítása nélkül a takarítónő durván és gorombán kiabálgatta hogy ő kihívja a rendőrséget , hogy miért élek ott, ( amikor kifizettem a tartózkodásomat, és még mindig ott kell maradnom egy hétig. ). Életemben nem hallottam ilyen durvaságot!!! Aztán jött, hogy bocsánatot kérjen, de a vasárnapi napom már el van rontva, mély nyomot hagyott és engem nagyon megbántott ez a pofátlan hozzáállás Érdemes elmagyarázni alkalmazottainak, hogy a körülmények tisztázása nélkül udvariatlannak lenni elfogadhatatlan!!!!
