The male staff were the most unfriendly people I have ever met in my life. Cold, heartless and arrogant. Just one example of our experience, but there were a few more incidents:
We've had to pay 10€ for the entry even though we were told the entry was free in the beginning. Then they seperated my friend and me at the entrance without telling us the reason. So we went in at different entrances and both paid the 10€. We got a bracelet, as you usually do at clubs, so everyone can see that you have paid and you can get back in for the evening.
We went in and my friend gave her jacket to the cloakroom in the meanwhile. But since there were many people and we didn't know the club yet (which is really big), we weren't able to find each other. So after some time went by, we tried to call each other and find a spot that we both know and where we can meet. We chose the entrance that we've both already been at.
So to be able to find her way back, my friend went back out to come get in at the other entrance with her bracelet and meet me there.
Then we saw each other there, but the security wouldn't let her in with the bracelet. They held her back and weren't able to tell us the reason. We told them the story but they didn't care at all. We also told them that we already paid and that she also has her jacket inside and showed the bracelet. They didn't care either. So she was standing outside, alone with -2°C and only a top because she already gave her jacket to the cloakroom.
I panicked and started crying because she is really small and was alone now and everything was so stressful. I got so mad at the heartlessness of the security and that there was no reason for all of this that they could explain to us. It was unneccessarily cruel. I started to cry and begged the security to let her back in, but he looked me in my eyes with a completely dead expression, not responding, almost mocking me.
I wasn't able to go outside either, because we came with a bigger group who also already was inside and everyone paid the 10€.
End of the story: she had to pay 10€ AGAIN and get a SECOND bracelet to get back in and also to be able to get her jacket back (!! why do they even give out bracelets??!) and they seperated us AGAIN and didn't tell us the reason why she couldn't just buy her second bracelet at the same entrance as mine.
I can't help myself but from another experience, I feel like they especially have a problem there with women. It was a terrible experience. I really started to lose faith in...
Read moreI was highly disappointed and disrespected visiting this place. The staff is very bad, I really suggest to change unprofessional members of it.
Your cups have funds, and customers deserve to get your 1.5€ (!!!) for each cup back. I ordered 3 drinks inside, and after I wanted my cups exchanged, I asked the guy at the bar to how to do it. He said I can only do that at the cloakroom, so we went there, where they said I have to get tokens from the bar. Me and my male friend went back to the bar where he gave us tokens without even looking at us, very disrespectful. Then we went back to the cloakroom, where the woman very meanly told us that we have to have the cups also, which we left at the bar. So I was a bit angry and disappointed, so they told me they could escort me with the security, and that they won't give me back anything, where I told them I have the right to get back my money. They decided to call me very very mean ways as a female, which is highly unprofessional, and telling my male friend, that I am using him for his money. (Like for 4.5€?) So, we got back our cups from the bar, we found them untouched, so again we went back to the cloakroom, where the very rude ladies and the guy said, rude and disrespectful things, which I prefer out of respect of this platform to not share. We received our money back ONLY FOR TWO CUPS in lot of coins, being disrespected, and those coins were refused to be accepted at the bar.
May I ask how do you hire your staff because this behavior and service is out of quality, and if there would be a possibility to give 0 stars I would do it. And I was not even talking about the fact that they refused to give water to my friend and the staff just turned away. Very very very disrespectful!
I can't recommend this...
Read moreAVOID THIS PLACE!!!
I had one of the most traumatic nights of my life here after being followed into the toilet by a staff member who cornered me, tore off some of my clothes, forced himself on me and groped me.
This staff member and the toilet attendant who was outside the cubicle door for the whole assault denied anything had happened when asked about it by the people I was with, and bouncers insisted that I leave, stop making a fuss and kicked me out. They laughed and smirked at me as if my traumatic experience was one big joke.
When the bouncers became aware that I was calling the police after this incident, they became more intimidating and made threats on my life if I spoke to the police. They also laughed that the police wouldn’t listen to me anyways (not sure how true this is). They tried to separate me from the people I was with in order to intimidate me further.
I left instant that night afraid of being followed back to my accommodation by these disgusting people and threatened again or worse. They ruined what should have been a lovely trip to a new city for me.
This place is clearly so corrupt and run and staffed by criminals. There are much nicer and more importantly, safer, ruin pubs around Budapest, do not waste your time here. Based on other reviews others have had a hellish time here too and the fact the only response from the establishment itself has been “We sorry that you had a bad experience here” is pathetic. It has taken me years to even write this review because I have been traumatised and afraid of drawing these scumbags on me again. I hope that by writing this review even one person avoids having to experience what myself and others have experienced at the hands of this disgusting...
