I am not one to leave reviews this bad without reason. So I will just leave facts of the matter here. I arrived 5 min late to my appointment and apologized. A younger dark hair receptionist double checked I wanted a 90 min massage and charged me that amount. The massage ended 20 minutes early. After bringing it to her attention, she said it was a penalty for being late. I gave feedback that it would be nice to tel the customer this policy before charging them a full amount. To this feedback she was incredibly rude and laughed toward other staff.

The massage itself was very uncomfortable. The receptionist was on the phone the entire time and can be heard in the massage rooms. After multiple attempts at asking for a lighter massage nothing changed. A gua sha stone was also used without asking and to the point of a lot of discomfort which left unwanted bruising.

Would expect better customer service and quality from a place so...

we went there for a couples massage and my boyfriend enjoyed it, whereas i definitely wasnt pleased with my massage. the lady wasnt really motivated and started yawning after some time. i was wondering why she wasnt massaging me that well and then i got asked when my baby is due although i am not pregnant. i told them that and afterwards the two ladys (the one massaging me and the one massaging my bf) were giggling and making fun of the situation in another language. i was a bit bloated because i ate beforehand and i think to just assume somebody is pregnant because of their body is not very nice and made me uncomfortable. because of their lack of english i couldnt even explain to them what the problem was so we just payed, told the receptionist what happened and left. wouldnt go...

Went in for a 90min foot massage because they are around 6000huf cheaper than the usual one I go to in Mammut and a lot closer to my current airbnb. Big mistake. The lady who did my foot massage has basically no idea what she is doing, everything was painful and she would randomly stop and apply no pressure and just rest her hand there? it was like she was just caressing my foot. I've been to my fair share of foot massages in Thailand and most of Asia as I grew up there and all over the world as I am a flight attendant. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had. After 30min I told her to stop as I will not sit through 60min more of this. They assigned another person to me and it was a lot better but still not up to standard. Will not come back to this chain...
