A colleague and I were visiting Whitefield, Bangalore for a work meeting and decided to get a cup of coffee here beforehand. I would highly encourage the owner to 1) Get rid of the flies inside! Folks aren't going to chug their coffee and food and at least 2 tables beside us had flies sitting on their plate/ teacup; 2) train the staff to listen - especially when customers are speaking English and may have a different accent (two different workers behind the counter cut me off several times and repeated the same thing at least 3 times :D) and last but not least, 3) please have change in INR. Many international travelers may not have change and/or cannot use their debit/ credit cards. For a coffeeshop, it's astounding to me having change isn't the norm.
There were at least 2 others who followed my colleague and I to the coffee shop for a bite/ to regroup before meetings and had the same experience as I did... Such a shame we couldn't enjoy a local spot. Starbucks...
Read moreI recently visited this third wave coffee restaurant and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The cold coffee I ordered was average at best, lacking in flavor and overall not very memorable. The cinnamon roll I tried was also just average, nothing special. Even the pizza I ordered, which I had high hopes for, turned out to be just average.
But the worst part was definitely the Mocha frappe I had, which was simply bad. It was bitter and had a burnt taste that made it undrinkable. Overall, I wasn't impressed with the quality of the food and beverages at this restaurant.
While the ambiance of the restaurant was nice and the staff was friendly, the quality of the food and beverages left much to be desired. I hope that the restaurant can improve in the future, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend...

Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned into frustration and disappointment due to the abysmal customer service I received. I have never experienced this kind of service in any other outlet, The service was very rude and the staff were talking among themselves instead of taking the order. This was very much unacceptable.The outside sitting was filled with dust, when I attempted to address this with the staff, they were seemed uninterested in resolving the issue they were busy talking themselves in a Religion language and appeared to have little regard for customer satisfaction.
