I wish I could give negative ratings.. such a worst a pathetic service.
i booked this hotel like 2 months ago , for around 40 people. I talked to them like 4-5 times and they said like everything will be arranged..
but on the day , none of the rooms were available. guest came by 8:30 in morning.. n we expected 11 rooms.. but none of the rooms were available on time. Our guest had to wait to get the room. Above all, Rooms were not clean (even after telling thousand times), No water , no towel, even washroom door latches were broken.. After telling multiple times also nothing was arranged. Morning I tried talking to the reception person.. waited for almost 1 hour in front of him.. just to have a clear cut information about rooms but he was so busy counting cash on the counter that he did not even bother to talk clear cut thing to me.. if a customer is talking to you, he should have responded politely but unfortunately he was so lethargic and lazy to do so.. n I seriously wish not to see his face again... He was telling it will be arranged, but all thanks to him.. nothing was arranged properly till last min. No sense of responsibility, he is there at reception - but no manners, no public speaking skills.. i really wonder who gave them this job..
We had a booking of almost 20k and the service i got was not even equivalent to 1 rupee.. such a pathetic and worst place to stay..
I am never ever going to step into the hotel again and even never ever recommend any one to avail any kind of service here..
and this is registered under OYO.. if any OYO person is reading this.. kindly cancel the agreement.. these people and this place doesn't deserve a brand like OYO...!!
My life's worst.. worst experience ever... people dont have manner to talk to customer.. not at all a...
Read moreShould you stay here? Absolutely NO! Was the place reasonably priced? Definitely not. Was it clean? No way. Was the room exactly as displayed by them? No (please check attached pictures to see the actual room) Full review: This place should not be considered a flagship for oyo, it's a disgrace. And it was promoted on their app of all places. It seems oyo does not do their due diligence. The rooms are very dirty, the floors, bedding, walls, windows, bathroom, everything was unclean. What you see in their pictures is not what you get at all. On top of that we were charged extra money than what was mentioned online, just for a few hours of stay. They claim that those prices are false prices and when told they are from the oyo site, they say that oyo has some issues going on. How is that the fault of the customer? Then they proceed to say that the AC does not work as well. And you cannot seriously charge 2500 for such small dirty rooms without providing a bill. They did not even provide us with the key to the room, definitely no care for safety. Even better, the people at the desk were drunk. I have stayed in much cheaper nicer hotels and also at decent oyo places for lesser prices. Our fault was not checking the reviews properly beforehand even though we had time and place constraints. Trying to reach out to customer care to lodge a complaint immediately was a pain. Truly it was a horrible and disappointing experience. The room was not worth the money we spent, and we regret it. Coming here on Google to see all the reviews finally, makes me wonder why there has not been any action on such...
Read moreThis place is a scam. I booked the cheapest hotel near the Bangalore VFS visa centre through Oyo for ₹700, planning to rest for a few hours. Although the website said check-in was at 12 PM, I arrived at 10 AM and asked for an early check-in, ready to pay extra. The front desk guy quoted ₹800 for early check-in, which I paid via UPI.
Right after the payment, the scam started. He suddenly insisted that the ₹800 was extra on top of the ₹700, meaning I should have paid ₹1500 in total. I couldn’t believe it—a room for ₹700 per day shouldn’t cost an extra ₹800 for a few hours! I asked for a refund and said I’d find another place, but he claimed the money was already in their bank records and couldn’t be returned.
Then, he lowballed me by saying I only needed to pay an additional ₹200 on top of the ₹800 already paid to get in. I’m sure most people, lacking patience, would have just paid the extra ₹200. That’s the scam: they first pitch an extra ₹800 and then reduce it to ₹200 if you stick to your guns. I stood my ground and didnt pay the 200₹ also. Finally he let me checkin, while moping how his owner will cut his salary for this.
To top it off, the room and bathroom were filthy, the elevator was out of service (blocked with chairs), and the electricity was inconsistent. As a visitor to Bangalore, it’s disappointing to see such shady practices that hurt the...
