KFC — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I visited today at this KFC outlet, I have to say that it was an extremely disappointing experience. The chicken I received had a distinct unpleasant odor, making it completely inedible. It was as if they had served me leftovers from days ago.

It's unbelievable that a well-known chain like KFC would let their outlet deteriorate to such a state.

What added to my frustration was the lack of customer service. When I brought up my concerns about the quality of the chicken, the staff seemed indifferent and uninterested in addressing the issue. This level of disregard for customers is simply unacceptable.

After attempting to stomach a few bites of the awful chicken, I couldn't take it any longer and decided to step out of the restaurant. I felt not only disappointed but also physically uncomfortable due to the terrible food.

I have always been a fan of KFC and have enjoyed their food at various outlets, but this experience was a complete letdown. I hope they take immediate action to improve the quality of their food, maintain proper hygiene, and train their staff to handle customer complaints more professionally.

I won't be returning to this particular outlet again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before visiting it. This was, by far, the worst experience I've had at...

After long time tried KFC newly opened outlet on DLF road. Order it online and picked up at store. Order was prepared after we reached the store, we were happy in a way as the food would still be hot. But the order was ready pretty quickly though and i would 5/5 for that. Packing as usual KFC standard 5/5. Price was okay 3.5/5 we ordered one veg and non veg burger, one rice, one combo with two wings, one chicken piece and coke, got one more chicken piece for free on offer. Portion wise May be 4/5. Now coming to the most important part 2/5 still i would give this rating with some difficulty as i really did not enjoy it. As per my taste everything was bland other than the crunchy texture which they are know for. Surprisingly we used to relish the rice at KFC in Madiwala Total Mall. A bit disappointing, it might also be possible that we tried chicken lollipop peri peri from Leon grill couple of days back. On the contrary it was Spicer side but had some flavour in it. Ordered Wednesday special and A Veg ginger . KFC is running the offer that along with any ginger burger, Unlimited Pepsi will be given. When I asked the same, the lady staff name Shilpa, she calls herself ARM, refused to serve the same . She said there is not such offer and asked me to talk to her manager . After wasting half n hour , I spoke to the Manager Harish and after that Harish called that lady staff Shilpa. After talking to Harish, she was ready to serve me those Pepsi Which I refused to take cause my mood was already spoiled because of her nonsense logic and behaviour. She doesn’t know how to deal with the customer. I would request the Management of the franchise that first send her (Shilpa) for a training and plz recruit ppl with good common sense and polite behaviour.

Beaware guys, think twice before going there . And if u go there , make yourself sure that those staffs are not making u fool .
