Treebo Trend Tierra Woods Indiranagar — Hotel in Bengaluru

I stayed here for 1 night and the experience was terrible. Below are few of those horrifying experiences which I would like to share with you all:

1. No towel or toiletries was provided. After several reminders, the ultimate response was towels are due with laundry😂
2. AC in room was not working and no response from hotel staff for fixing it or changing rooms
3. Heater was not working, after several reminders got it fixed
4. Hotel has an in-house restaurant but food quality is worst, order a panner sandwich and coffee. Both were not so good that we had to waste these foods
5. Whole night there were mosquito biting...

Had the worst experience ever. Staff was totally rude. I was told I can avail an early check in and early check out and they got me to check in to the hotel at 1 am and then asked me pay for 2 days if I wanna stay post 11 am. None of the ac in any of the rooms were working, bed sheets or towels were not clean and the bed was also of bad quality. When I raised my concern the manager started yelling . We booked the hotel for 2 days. Beds sheets were soiled with all stains. When, we complained they said there is no staff and they cannot do anything about it.

Bathrooms were unwashed and smelly.

We couldn't sleep whole night due to bed bugs and dust mite

Place has a very shady vibe and felt uncomfortable for a family stay

We had online booking for two days and we had to vacate first thing in morning as staying in this hotel was unbearable. There was no refund despite our asking...
