The ambience is worst in this outlet. After entering the lights started flactuating and had a power issue for about 15 minutes. Asked to turn on the air conditioner but the staff said that non of the air conditioners are working even though me and my friends were sweating like hell. The ACs were broken fans were broken. I went there few months back. The table I was sitting had a cockroach roaming. This is outer experience of this outlet. Imagine how unhygienic the kitchen would be. They have removed the mocktails from the unlimited pizza buffet and only have few lime and pepsi juices as complementary to cut their cost. Due to these above mentioned factors I now wonder why there are no customers in the outlet everytime I went there. Since there is no customer attraction in this outlet this is the reason they are not able to generate revenue and cutting their cost by turning off the ACs and broken fans removing free mocktail drinks and increasing menu prices with no improvements on food quality. The food quality is below average. They will serve you pizzas with so much of less cheese that you will have to check with a torch. The toppings were atleast an inch away on each pizza. It's been 4 times and almost 6 years going to this outlest expecting that will get to see some changes but it's the same since 6 years. The onesta franchise and their outlets are not running based on their food, ambience, taste or quality. It's running because they have a feminist mindset with inly offers for women but with no offers for men. Also it is very hyped pizza outlet with worst customer service and has no matrix as a customer satisfaction. They have increased the pizza buffet price for about 100 rupees with no improvements since 6 years. They have same menu since 6 years. Felt like The desserts were kept frozen since weeks in the freezer and they are serving the same to the customers. I would suggest to explore other options instead of any outlet of Onesta. Better go for Pizza hut unlimited pizza on each friday for 359 rupees with unlimited soft drinks. I will never go to onesta again. It's just hyped with only posters stick in their walls and nothing else. Also make sure to ask if the water bottle kept on each table is free or paid. They have kept it intentionally so that the customers will be tricked and will open the bottle and later you will be charged for that bottle. Better ask them for a...
Read moreI visited this restaurant recently , after my last modest experience at kormangala branch I didn't expect much to change and I was partly right. Its located opposite to barbeque nation right on the main road ....they have a roof top and also normal restaurant on lower floor .
We ordered the unlimited pizza and dessert . Under this offer we could order how many ever pizzas and dessert we wanted and also one free drink
Now I won't able to review each individual dish since we had close to 10 pizzas and 10 desserts it would be too long . So I'll be writing an overall review .
The pizza was almost quite similar to what i had at kormangala branch , they are not authentic pizzas but they are good enough , any average person can eat about 2 pizzas at least . Some toppings and flavours were really really good like the three cheese and mushroom and some were bland or just plain weird like the spinach and mushroom , I found only spinach no mushrooms and he had put so much spinach that the pizza was a little sour to taste and then the calzone, I understand it's a stuffed pizza but it was was bland and the mid piece was too oily . The pineapple corn and cheese pizza is unorthodox but the pineapples were very less compared to the corn so not that great .
Coming to deserts we asked him to bring all the deserts but he did skip on some deserts but we didn't say anything because what we had on plates already was difficult to finish but I wish he had bought honestly bought all of them properly . We had all of 10 deserts I believe ....again some were good and some were really bad . The quantity of it is just ridiculous from visual point , they are really really tiny . The tiramisu ,the mousse were really good . The pastry deserts is what I had problem with , the tiny basket shaped pastry wasn't cooked some were raw and the flavours just didn't match .
Coming to ambience , visually it is great ....the plants the tables and chairs ,looks pretty cafe styled but there are just too many tables placed too close to each other ,in fact if the place gets fully filled you can hardly hear yourself . And privacy wise too its a little uncomfortable . Service was extremely good , it was fast they were polite and was on time .
Overall a good experience , onesta can definitely improve more and hopefully they do . Ps- couldn't take many pics as my...
Read moreOnesta was a horrible experience for us, and I’ll explain exactly how.
Walking into the restaurant, we were very promptly informed that “it will take minimum half hour”. We were not requested to wait. We were not requested to take a seat. There are two levels of seating. No one checked if additional seating was available before letting us know. The person in charge merely told us, and I quote, “it will take minimum half hour”. We got our seats 5 minutes later when we went and checked the other level.
The waiter taking our order was extremely confused about what we were trying to order. We were merely ordering items from the menu. He was not patient with us when we wanted to change a couple of decisions and was trying to weasel away to another table, telling us, “You people decide. I’ll be back in 2 minutes.” He was NOT happy when we requested that he remain at the table. And he got our order wrong. We asked him to read our order out before he left, thankfully (which he wasn’t happy about either), and managed to correct him.
This is what we ordered - 2 Penne Arrabiatas, 2 Paneer Tikka Skewers, 1 Spicy Garlic Bread, 2 Orange Mint Coolers, 1 Green Apple and 1 Unlimited Pizza (Veg.) for 1 person at our table. This is the order that it came in: 2 Pastas first, then the pizza and then the garlic bread (which is a “starter”). The Paneer Tikkas never made it to the table - our waiter had forgotten the order DESPITE us double-checking what we had ordered. The Penne Arrabiata was nothing like what I’d seen before - and this is NOT in a good way. It looked more like a Pasta Curry.
The only thing they managed to do justice to was the Pizza, which happened to be just above average. Overall, a highly disappointing experience and definitely not a restaurant I’m coming...
