Capital O Premium Villa-2 — Hotel in Delhi

Pathetic experience...Don't book this hotel in any instance, they will make your day miserable.

We booked the hotel in advance and the payment too through Oyo rooms. As our flight got delayed, we reached in the hotel at 2 am. The gate was closed and nobody was there to discuss about the room. We contacted Oyo support and they were also not able to contact the property manager (irresponsible property manager). Somehow one guy came down after continuous shouting for 45 mins from the road. He simply told us, no room available here and take your refund. How lightly they took this matter even after making the payment in advance. Just imagine what we would do in the night at 3 am in the street of Delhi. My wife got scared with this incident as we are not familiar with this place. Who will be responsible if anything happened to us in the night.

The behavior of this hotel is unacceptable and unprofessional. They don't understand the value of your time, your safety, your convenience. Don't book this hotel if you don't want to roam in the street at midnight by risking your life.

Also don't book rooms through Oyo...useless people, they are not bothered about...

First of all, person took my phone at the time of check out to check booking ID and gave feedback himself. 3rd- their was not plastic seat on WC when I checked and asked him to change the room he said sir pehele batate ab room nai hai, i mean as a property person if knows then why he has given me that room?

4th- dust was all over window, table. Refrigerator was not working, AC was not working properly.

5th- Condition of washroom was pathetic, tiles were broken, even for soap I have to asked for and they given me used towel.

Now I came to know that why they asked to pay before check in bcoz person can stick there.

I request please remove these kind of properties from your panel or I have to...

The price of the room in the Oyo app was 800 and we booked it, but when we arrived at the hotel they asked us to pay us different amount that was 1500 and the condition of the room was pathetic and so unhygienic. As you can see in the pictures there was no lock, the sink, the toileto, the bathing area was very very dirty, the AC wasn't working, and whenever we had to leave our room we couldn't lock the door so we had to let the door wide open when we complained to the reception they said they will shift us to a different room at night but when we asked to shift the room at night they said it was full. Horrible experience you will find great room at this prices or for even cheaper.. Please don't go they don't value you and...
