Staff is non coperative . No kind of service only one person is there for the service located at a very conjusted place no menu they have all the controls at reception like air conditioner , geyser etc. They turned off the air conditioner at night.There is quilt cover on the quilt dirty and very tiny rooms at a very high price .they always try to rip off your pocket .Would not be recommended for the families or anybody .

Dirty , Filthy , No management .....please don't go .

It was the worst experience that I had ever face in my life. They have worst service, worst room and most important of all they have the worst customer culture as they used to abuse the customer on telling them the mistakes they did like they didn't have the room serviced, ac was not working, tv set top was not recharged, bathroom was not cleaned etc.

Hence this was the worst experience I had ever in my life and hence, I would recommend not to go...

The photo is misleading. The angle from which it is taken is not a road but a gully. This hotel isn't visible from the road. You need to go through a 3ft wide wide gully opposite the Citibank ATM to reach it. It can be unnerving m scary at night. The location is walking distance from New Delhi Railway Station and R K Ashram metro. The rooms aren't maintained well but the staff is poilte. Breakfast is basic, was on time and served...
