Hotel O by OYO Villa House — Hotel in Delhi

Pathetic experience! Total disappointment. I booked this hotel through Oyo. Firstly when I visited there, checkin was denied. Then an overpriced room was provided which had dampness in room everywhere. Bathroom was dirty. No cleaning at all. Cockroaches all over the rooms. AC stopped working midnight. No table or chair was present. Then other room was provided where ac was leaking. Bed mattresses were in pathetic condition. Tap was not working in bathroom. Cockroaches in this room also. Bedsheets had stains of oil on it in both the rooms. When asked to change the bedsheets, another oil stained bedsheet was given.

I would suggest you to not stay here. This will be a nightmare for you. It's better to find a better hotel at this price 1-2 metro stations ahead of...

Fake detail.. never go to OYO flagships hotels in Delhi... All are fake and don't pay in advance, otherwise you have to struggle to find that hotels and don't knw wht such big companies like goibibo selling this, at my time they unnecessarily they changed my hotel and after we reach there, they behave very wrongly with us in Delhi, our family...

Fake details, fake pictures. No hotel exist at this location. It's a big scam and I don't know why big players like MakeMyTrip are selling this on...
