Casa Tropicana - Villa Caroline — Hotel in Goa Island

If there was a rating lower than half a star, then that is what would be the true worth of this place. Now to be quite honest, the below than mediocre rating, would not be justified for the place itself, but for the horrendous, unethical and ill-mannered management. No doubt, the venue itself is beautiful and the staff working at Villa Caroline are hospitable, but the administrators of Casa Tropicana, namely Mr Subhash and Mr Bryan, are the worse people I have ever encountered in the hospitality industry. Ironic! Mr Subhash threw his ego, attitude and savage tantrums at us and even dropped to the level of verbally abusing and physically threatening us. But in his defence, he did not know what he was doing because he was drunk and reeking of alcohol. Mr Bryan is blindsided and only believes what his savage staff portrays to him. We, as guests, were ill treated to an unacceptable standard by the administration of Casa Tropicana and I would urge people to avoid going to this place, unless you want to be victims of being locked out of your own room in the night, with all your luggage still inside!

Management of Casa Tropicana, a piece of advice- please learn to communicate clearly with your guests and don't be in the service industry if you don't know the true essence of hospitality. So to those specific stalwarts of Casa Tropicana, we will never forget you for giving us the most nightmarish-ly memorable night of...

We had our stay arranged by our friend for 5th and 6th of January and our experience for these 2 days was very nice . But following day 7th jan we thought of extending our stay by another day and had confirmed with Mr Brian (the owner)via phonecall about it. The cost was agreed and we happily stepped out of the house for sightseeing leaving all our belonging inside . When we returned back around 7pm we found that the entire bungalow was shut and the doors were locked . On asking the caretakers informed us that owner has taken the keys and we go to their office which is about 10 min walk from this place . We reached the place and on showing our disappointment for this the manager Mr Subash who was smelling of alcohol from 100 meters away was very rude to us and even threatened us physically saying we should have paid first . Mr Brian when was called was equally rude and did not bother talking to us and blamed us for creating nuisance.

This place is good but owner and manager lack basic qualities of hospitality industry . If we had to pay first they simply had to ask and not lock us out with our belongings.

I request everyone to be careful with such management and be exposed to risk of being...

Look if you r going go for "parting & chilling" its definitely not the place.rooms are good,facilities are good but you cant play loud music,you cant some inside,you cant get intobpool after 6pm and before 8am,you will not get tea in evening if you want,will not get food after 10pm.....and have to give almost 20000/day in peak season.....its not worth the money....not dor party and fun...
