Capital O Hotel Dream Connect Near Hyderabad Central — Hotel in Hyderabad

The front office reception Sai Kumar is arrogant and thief. After paying on oyo still asks money that they cannot provide room at that rate. 20 times u need to call for empty glass or towel. Pathetic service. Lot of rats in room. Rat even bite my toe. I suffered a lot. New management is very poor. Staffs and front office reception not at all helpful. I reached at 12noon and I got room at 2pm. My booking was from oyo. Very poor experience. Sai is pathetic rude and abusive. How can management hire such arrogant staff for front office reception. Never going to stay in this hotel again and never going to book any stay though...

Guys be aware don't book this hotel or walk in by mistake,there are lot of hotels and other options in Ameerpet it look like hotel but in reality it's a lodge there is no AC and TV of working condition in single room staff has said that and old infrastructure and lot of water problem no hot water beds and towels were not cleaned well and never book this hotel for family or friends you will regret and your family will face problems

Never ever book this place through Oyo as they are scamming people by putting unbelievable discount but not letting check in. They were asking for Rs.1600/- per day but later reduced to Rs.1200/-. Oyo customer support could not give any resolution and I had to return from the reception after being denied...
