New royal lodge — Hotel in Karnataka

The worst lodge I have ever seen in my travel experience... They're charging extra fees as convenient fees and @booking.com not at all verified or visit the location, simply they mentioned all accommodations are given and fake images are posted on the website. Worst rooms, there is a big hole in the siling and wash rooms are worse than public toilet, the lodge manager are very rude with us he betrayed us to take rooms for mentioned money in app or else to pay the 2k to leave his lodge and they're worst and unprofessional staff..., they created a very big scene there and we called to police to slove the issue unfortunately police also supported the hotel staff just because they are local to there. I kindly recommend NOT TO VISIT THIS HOTEL, I saw people fighting in the reception for the cheating by the hotel... Very bad manners towards the customer from the reception guy and not at responding properly. Very unsafe to stay. Overall WORST WORSEST!!! 1 star is...

The worst hotel experience in Mangalore. The rooms were filthy — bedsheets clearly unwashed, cockroaches crawling around, and even the bathroom ceiling was falling apart.

To make things worse, they made us wait for over 30 minutes just to hand over the room key because the manager wasn’t around. The staff were rude, uninterested, and glued to their phones the whole time.

It honestly felt like a scam. Unfortunately, we had booked and paid online. We left within 10 minutes of seeing the room’s condition. When we complained, they offered to change the bedsheets — as if that would fix everything.

Avoid this place at all costs. Don’t get cheated...

The worstest hotel I have ever seen ... They cheat you by asking extra payment than booked price with out any receipt.... Worst rooms, no phone, no TV, AC not working, no house keeping, very dirty rooms, rude and worst unprofessional staff... I recommend NOT TO STAY OR VISIT THIS HOTEL, and booking.com these are middle person's who don't verify the place simply get them.... Finally customer will suffer.... I saw people fighting in the reception for the cheating by the hotel... Very bad manner towards the ladies from the reception guy (who thinks noone can do anything to him if he cheats in daylight) ..... Overall WORST...
