Dear All,

I am writing this review to inform you all about the dirty Ambrosia Management Team. I had worked with Ambrosia Bakery Junction Outlet as Supervisor from October 2021 onwards. I tried my level best to contribute all my international experience , expertise , knowledge, skills and put all efforts to make the Ambrosia business a great success.In the beginning many of my Colleagues had warned me not to trust the management,especially Mr.& Mrs Vinod Panicker the Owners .I ignored this comments and worked sincerely. After the great Xmas event and sales on 28 Dec2021, When I got ready to start duty, Mrs. Meenakshi ( HR ) informed me that Management is not happy with my performance and decided to terminate me from the Job.The real faces of the Management was revealed at this time.

Do you all think, it's Fare? A bad Manager and Owner treats us like a machine, not as human beings and gives a guilty feeling that we are not performing our job properly like as we are machines. As you all would agree a bad management ruin their employees by curating a toxic work environment

The worst Management like Ambrosia doesn't value such efforts . From my short time tenure in Ambrosia , I understood that as an Outlet Supervisor or Any other Head takes a Decision for Smooth Operation. Mr. Vinod Panicker & HR strongly disagree with that and demotivate , retaliate by showing their revenge on us by targeting staff who don't obey his words and will finally terminate saying that performance is not upto the management expectations!

This is really unprofessional and they are treating employees like curry leaves. For example,If any employee submits an emergency resignation the management demands for one month Notice Period, whereas the Management can terminate anyone with out any notice period or proper information which is against labour department rules.

Finally I managed to get a better job on very next day with a better salary and with professional management.I feel that treatment of Ambrosia management towards employees is worse than a C class shop.While concluding my mail,I would like to request you all that another employee should not face such work harassment and bad treatment from the management -like Ambrosia utilising during a peak time and terminating after that. Therefore I request you all to search and land in better jobs and not to waste your valuable time and talents under this worst management. I had an advice to our HR Manager Mrs. Meenakshi that "Try to Work as an HR not as a Slave " Be a role Model & a good HR in Future. .

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Ambrosia Bakery. I placed an order for a birthday cake for a child and paid in full by 11:30 AM. It was supposed to be a surprise cake . However, I didn’t receive any updates about the delivery. I called the bakery to inquire, and they told me it was delivered by 7 PM, especially since they didn’t respond to my WhatsApp messages. When I checked with the family , they hadn’t received the cake by 8 PM, so I called the bakery again. This time, they simply hung up on me.

After waiting a few more minutes, they told me the cake had been delivered to the wrong address. When I asked how this could happen, especially after I had been told it was delivered on time, they said it wasn’t their fault, but the delivery person’s. The bakery’s lack of accountability and dismissive attitude were both shocking and unprofessional for a reputed business.

The cake didn’t arrive until around 10 PM, and even though I had requested cancellation via WhatsApp if they couldn’t deliver on time, the delivery person proceeded to shout at the family, blaming them for not guiding him. I had provided the correct address and a contact number, but the delivery person didn’t bother to call or ask for directions using the number I provided.

In the end, the surprise was ruined, the child’s special day was spoiled, and I deeply regret ordering from Ambrosia Bakery. The poor service, lack of responsibility, and unprofessionalism were frustrating, and I would not recommend this bakery to anyone looking for reliable and...

Had ordered online .Chocochip donuts ,Chicken puff & BBQ Pizza .The best part was d yummy donuts .The rest was tasty too .Know this place since 2000,they are really good and have not compromised n their quality.A must try out place !☺️

New review I had a very bad experience this time. ordered a chicken burger, but unfortunately, the food that was delivered was stale and spoiled.
