Burger Lounge — Restaurant in Kerala

Dear Burger Lounge, Hope you will read my review and take necessary action. I've been your long-term customer for many years. When I think about burgers, the first name that comes to my mind is yours, and it was the best in town, as you say. But for the past few months, I’ve noticed that the signature way of your cooking has changed. The previous staff was replaced, and I can see new people. The way they make the burgers is different from how it used to be. The Zinger Burger has started to feel like it has vada pav-style stuffing.

I can’t explain—it feels different each time I get the same Zinger Burger. The staff is messing with the signature way of making it. Usually, I don’t write reviews, but this is my favourite spot, and I want it to go back to how it was. I hope you will find the reason and resolve it.

Yesterday, I ordered 2 Zinger Burgers and one Animal Feast (fries). They were very dry, with no sauce at all. For the first time, I felt like I had to open the burger to check the stuffing—and it looked like a vada pav layering. I was forced to instruct the waiter to add some sauce, and I felt embarrassed.

I’m never a person who complains but I hated the food they served me this time. I have been their customer who visits At least once a month. I just had the worst xxx burger beef from them today. It tasted just like the burger which is available at local bakeries for 40 rs. I’m sad to write this review, I am familiar with the product they serve usually but this time there was no veggies no sauce, i asked myself why the hell did I get into this place today! It was a completely wasteful burger they gave me. I complained to the staff there, he was reluctant to make any correction, absolutely reluctant. I wud have been least happy if he even tried to correct it but the burger was so bad, I told him in his face when I left that it was the worst I ever had and he made no effort to correct it. We ordered chicken steak burger and jumbo chicken burger. While the chicken steak burger was one of the best burgers I ever had, the jumbo chicken burger was just ok. Chicken steak burger was very tasty whereas jumbo burger was just ok inspite of having a lot of cheese and mayonnaise. We ordered Oreo milkshake which was also very tasty. I m the type of person who doesn't like milk shakes but still I loved it.

Here staff is very polite and mannered. Staff here can speak hindi, English and Malayalam. Ambience is also very nice here. You can enjoy your burger and milkshakes while listening to the soft Hindi romantic music in the background. Overall a very good experience.
