Cakes are amazing and it's taste good, but "customer service" is equally important for a pleasant experience. And for that I will give negative rating for this place.. really disappointed with the way the person talk to us, when I called him for pre booking(bcoz I wanted few items and it was sold out the last day I visited.. to avoid that I called him)... He could have talked to me normally that they don't do pre-booking, but he didn't. He didn't use any bad lang but there was too much arrogance in the way he talk and it was really rude... I have not learnt to talk like that with anyone, so all I could say was "മര്യാദയ്ക്ക് സംസാരിക്കണം"

Pls learn how to deal with customers...and learn how to talk... You provide good and tasty items but that doesn't give you any right to talk rudely to the customers...

PS: just went thru some reviews and a few have mentioned the same thing.. and this is how they deal with customers....so everyone can expect this behaviour from him.. no...

They also have great donuts (Rs 30), muffins, sandwiches, bread, butterbun and other cakes. All items are baked fresh and above the mark.
