Bay Mansion Homestay — Hotel in Kerala

The house is really close to the sea, you can feel the fresh air in the evening. There are big trees along the road, so the street also not so suny. ||It has a wonderful garden, so all the place has a unique atmosphere. ||We got the apartment with beautiful furnitures, the kitchen fully equipped, clean rooms. I loved that we had 2 bathrooms also. ||The house-owner, Sheeja is the loveliest and most helpful Indian woman I have ever met. That 2 bottles of water she gave really saved our life as we arrived from the airport in the morning.||All together...

We loved our two day stay at Bay Mansion. We stayed in a lovely clean double room with clean towels and fresh soap. In the morning Sateej the owner made us a breakfast charged only at 100 ruppees which was yummy. She also gave us lots of bottles of water and said we've been good so they are all freel! Her brother Doyle helped us plan our kerala trip for us and made phone calls to help us book things. Sateej also booked us tickets for a local show. We stayed a couple of days at Bay Mansion, and liked the friendliness of the owners and the rooms as well. Sateej made an effort to make sure we had everything we needed and helped organise a few things which was appreciated. Having a living room area was nice as we were travelling as a group. Our only reservation is that the location is possibly just a little far from the centre of fort kochi. In reality it's less than 1km into the centre, but on quite a busy road.
