Such a shame, that such a pretty place has such bad service and food. Ordered buffalo wings and they brought some wings made with Chinese’s sauce and spring onions. Asked the servers if they accidentally got it mixed up with the Szechuan wings. The reply from who i think was the front office manager took us off guard, he arrogantly kept saying that this is our style of buffalo’s wings if you want you have it. A simple reply like let me first check with the cook or chef would have sufficed, but rather without even bothering they kept saying and adamantly stuck onto the fact that this is our buffalo wings and others don’t ever say anything about it. It not the fact they got the order wrong, but how thick headed, adamant and rude they were about the way they dealt with it that was bad. No wonder the place is mostly empty. Such a beautiful setting spoilt by such staff. Another failure was, They had turned on a bright spot light around the sunset time and we Asked if they could keep the bright spot light facing our table off just till the sunset was over (which would have been the next 5 to 10 minutes at max), they said no we can’t do that and walked off. Where do I even start?? This place is a complete and utter joke. The minute I walked in, I knew it was a mistake. The service was as slow as a snail. The waiters were not interested in working at all. Every small thing we ordered seem like a burden to them. He took 30 minutes to bring a single dish. The food was not good. The manager had the nerve to argue with us in the rudest manner possible for our request of getting the food & bar bill separately. They did not provide us even a physical bill if not printed one. The staff started behaving like they want to get rid of us and extract money from us as soon as possible. The whole experience was a total rip-off. I recently visited this restaurant and had a wonderful experience overall. The food was delicious and freshly prepared, with a good variety on the menu to suit different tastes. Every dish we tried was flavorful and well-presented.
