HOTEL FEATHERS — Hotel in Kerala

The owner is such a fraud guy. He won't accept online booking, will call the customers through OYO and will say overbooked by OYO and ask OYO customer care to shift the booking. The shifting will happen to his own hotel nearby and he will again call you and ask for additional payment.

OYO will be transferring the initial booking amount + Rs.6000 to the owner. Oyo should look into this fraudulent activities by these guys. Don't do any online bookings on this hotel. If you search for hotels from Vyttila also, Feathers will be the first even if it is far away. Hope he is paying google to promote his hotel to do this fruad.

And the wonderful thing is, he has 5 hotels in and around the city, and doing this online booking shifting from one to another and grabbing complimentary...

I think it was little overpriced but i guess its common in the weekends in Kochi. Positives Privacy Calm and quite environment, though it is closer to Ernakulam south junction and metro station its absolutely peaceful.
