Disappointing Stay, Overpriced and Unsatisfactory

I must say it was a big disappointment. Not only was the hotel heavily priced, but it failed to meet even the most basic expectations.

The hotel's location near the railway station initially seemed convenient, but that was overshadowed by the many issues I encountered during my stay. The high price I paid for two rooms was completely unjustified considering the poor quality and the lack of essential amenities.

The problems began with a delayed check-in process, and things only went downhill from there. The condition of the rooms was appalling, with stained walls, peeling paint, and no tables for convenience. The air conditioning was faulty, the bed sheets were stained, and there were broken lights. Even the doors, door frames, and floors were worn-out and damaged. The curtains were dirty, and the switchboard was also in a bad state. It was clear that the hotel had not invested in proper maintenance.

What's worse, when I complained, I was informed that the owner had been aware of these issues for months but had shown no intention of addressing them. The staff, while polite, were unable to offer any solutions, leaving me frustrated and disillusioned.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against staying here. The hotel is overpriced and does not deliver the expected level of comfort and quality. Save yourself the disappointment and look for alternative accommodations that offer better value...

Here's the good first. The rate. Compared to the hotels nearby this hotel provides a stay that doesn't burn a hole through your pocket - in case you just want to get off the road for the night.

Now the cons. The rooms are old and the walls stained. My beds headboard was broken in, the pillows and bedspreads heavily stained and dirty. The washroom tops off the terror being really unhygienic and emitting a foul odour. Certainly a night to remember.

Would recommend to look for other options if possible.

Since the name of the hotel QUBE doesn't matches the name board,We had to HUNT for the hotel.We were in same area for 1hour.The phone number is not available online.||The GST BILL for the stay has to given at check out they promised they would email it but after repeated reminders they replied it's been sent.On non receipt of the mail they say that they can't send the mail again and again.They cant solve the simple issue.parking is not available.|| When we remind that we shall post bad reviews they reply that...
