We went here after my in-laws suggested they have good food since they have been in business for a long time. When we first arrived, we sat at the dining area close to the billing counter, but after ten minutes or so, we found it quite hot. We then moved to a seat near the window where the air conditioning was working, as the area by the billing counter lacked sufficient cooling. So about the food, the waiter suggested a few things, and we picked some we were curious about. Our order includes Beef Coconut Fry (Rs 310), Chicken Biryani (Rs 221), Paal Porotta with Chicken (Rs 320), Fish Tawa Fry (Rs 770), Chicken Curry (Rs 220), Appam (Rs 16 each), and Coin Porotta (Rs 16 each). I was quite disappointed with the food. I'm struggling to understand how a restaurant could serve burnt Beef Fry; it was completely black, as you can see in the pictures I've included in my review. The Chicken Curry had only three small pieces and we left about half of it uneaten because it lacked flavour, just a bunch of spices thrown together. The Fish Tawa Fry was the afternoon's biggest service failure; it was a complete mess and should be removed off the menu because it lacked flavour and taste. That Paal Porotta was pretty good, we got extra coconut milk to tone down the spice. The Chicken Briyani was a highlight of our meal, and we all enjoyed it. For drinks, we got some Black Tea (Rs16), Milk Tea (Rs27) & Lemon Tea (Rs17). Overall, to charge a family of four over 2000 rupees and have them experience this substandard dishes, It's simply not worth the trouble. PS: If you're the owner, you should visit the restaurant and witness how your employees act when diners are eating there. It's not a pleasant experience, they're not professional, and they appear unhappy.

We've been to this restaurant several times, but it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. During lunchtime, the restaurant was crowded and seats were allocated according to first-come, first-served, which is understandable and acceptable. But the staff informed us in an uncouth and crass manner. Subsequently, waiting 10 more minutes. To anyone looking to eat here, wearing Politicians white clothing is mandatory. Otherwise, they will judge you and give you the last chance. The service was poor. The food was delivered after 40 minutes. Ordered Chicken Tikka Biryani. The waiter failed to remember the order and quantity. He continued to focus on taking orders and neglecting food serving. After 30 minutes, give him a reminder. During this time, we were informed that the quantity of an earlier order was not available. Continuing, they were promoting the food that can be found in all restaurants. The availability of current food is irrelevant to them, so they are wandering around with tablets. The ambience seems good, but the poor service experience completely spoiled the mood. The restaurant had fallen short of its former glory. The quality and taste are not up to par with the price, and the taste of the biryani is not great. In the end, it was a disappointment and a waste of money.

It is located near the Mahatma Gandhi road , 850m away from South Railway station ,with less parking and seating is on the first floor of the building .Ambience is another thing to mention extraordinary and well lit and has Clean wash area.Customer friendly Atmosphere with good service and they have on table service buttons that is is one click away ,felt good even during crowded time it helps to call service .One of the reviewers has mentioned that Chilly Chicken tastes different from usual one it is sure that it tastes so superior and reminds me of Authentic Chilly Chicken . Four to Five small to medium succulent Chilly chicken pieces with enough gravy.Combo with Tasty ,well cooked and beaten porotta made it inseparable .Combos were fascinating with many varieties but not available for take away.Must try there Chilly Chicken,Dragon chicken and Porotta. Another thing to mention there packaging of food is excellent.Beef biryani was quite satisfactory with two Big soft juicy beef pieces with enough quantity of rice to fill tummy.Ginger lime was felt satisfactory .Quality Food with Affordable pricing.Usually crowded and can easily accommodate 30 + people.

Honestly it was very disappointing. The food, service it was completely disappointing. We have ordered Porotta ,Chicken kondattom and Beef Mappas. Sorry to say the whole dining experience was utterly disappointing. We had to change the beef mappers since it wasn't cooked properly and the beef wasn't cooked properly and was being served in a way that it wasn't even chewable properly. When we addressed the same to the floor manager or whoever was in charge they gave us an attitude of being us being wrong !!!! Okay then they offered us another dish to compensate the odd dish(Beef Mappas) they have shared which was chicken fry !!!! By the time the food came we have already lost the will to eat food !!!Also the chicken kondattam I wont ask anyone to order the same as to ou. expectations it was very poor. Out of all this we thought of addressing the same issue to the manager he was a person who wasn't even bothered to hear what we were saying and was giving us an attitude for saying thing out loud. And that wasn't even the whole story !! my friend was feeling nauseous after eating food from there and he was eventually had to puke because of the food we had yesterday !!!!! which is quite dissapointing !!!! This is not we are expecting as customers when we pay very high price !!! We even have food from streets but they dont show us the attitude like this and serve us this bad quality food. Very much dissapointing will not be recommending this hotel to anyone...

As there was no other option, we went to this hotel and regret for the same....! First of all it's a bit overpriced food with respect to taste & quality (not quantity) and the worst work force of the restaurant. There was no one to attend us and the one who came was not available as he was busy over his phone. The person at parcel counter, the one at cash counter and the one who attended/ served on our table , all were busy with their mobiles ... We had to call them twice or thrice to get water .... It was only we present at that time in restaurant...! We were having food and regardless of that one person started to clean the floor with broomstick and he was not at all concerned about our presence ...we had to witness all the dirt n waste of that restaurant while having food. Moreover that the person at bill counter added unnecessarily the items in our bill which we didn't have, and also took more amount than what appeared on bill....when we questioned the difference in bill and collected amount he apologized and told it was his mistake while substracting to gave us balance amount , then only we noticed the extra items in bill n again asked and he returned the money....it seems it's a regular practice their ..... Employees are not at all responsible and interested in work....owner should look into it...will...
