Yuvarani Bar — Restaurant in Kerala

Food is oily and not upto par..still ok bcoz it's a bar what any1 expect in BAR..

Ambience osum .. dim light but not neat and clean still it's ok as I said its a BAR .. what else u expect in that rate.. especially the Drinking Jawan one peg Rs. 80/- only .. but no one will inform you and it's not mentioned in Menu Card too... Still that's okk we can adjust..

The main point: the some waiters are showing hooliganism (Gundagiri).. the one Mr. Suresh a bit big height having Malayali Mustashe with a bit healthy body . .. he is a typical Gunda he abuse the customers.. first at the time of Order he will be Very polite and observes the customers like who got intoxicated (nashe me dund) he will then at the time of bill over charge him .. same incident happened to me ... When I cross questioned they said no this is the bill you can't go out u have to pay the bill when I started to debate he just unplugged the original bill of Rs. 590/- and put that in the pocket in front of cash counter and then he changed the bill to Rs. 680/- and with abusive words told me to now you pay this then only u can leave ... And when I said I saw you putting my original bill in your pocket .. he said no no now this is your bill you have to pay this .. such a Gunda guy .. why the Good RESTO & BAR like M/s. YUVARANI is employing this kind of Gundas .. m Surprised.. and the story doesn't end here now I had to pay Rs. 680/- so when I paid the another reason they said due to delay in making payment no receipt generated so I have to make another Rs. 680/- now this was upto my par .. I said u can make me stay here I'm not going to pay another 680/-.. but all waiters come together with this Gunda Mr. Suresh and forced me that u cannot sit around even tried to snatch my mobile and said u pay the amount immediately well I remember each and every seconds of the incidents as I am Malayali too.. then one guy promised that tomorrow at 11.00 am they will come to know whether the same amount is credited or not where as now I have made total payment of Rs. 1,360/- This is ridiculous.. i was so angry and Sad too why the hell I came to this Bar and actually I am tourist I completed my tour package on that day and at night I was returning to Bombay on the same day of Incident..

Now, next day in the train I wa feeling so abused and thought to raise a complaint and I have raised the same thru email to both YUVARANI Residents and ate evening I have received my Rs. 680/- back what about the original bill the waiter put in the pocket.

Now I say that, give him as Rs. 90/- as a tip and final settlement and terminate him.. and I will make sure he has been terminated I will raise a complaint against him in Consumer Court too... because the person (animal) like him will spoil the whole HOTEL YUVARANI RESIDENCY.

BECAUSE OF HIM THE HOTEL AMBIENCE BECOME A...

Enjoyed Beer and dinner at their Cheenawaala restaurant on the first floor. It's a cozy place with seating capacity 40+. Nice place for families. The most likable part is the Live singing.
