PANAKAL RESIDENCY — Hotel in Kerala

I recently stayed at PANAKAL RESIDENCY for around five days .... while on a family vacation, and I had an overall pleasant experience.... The Owner were very welcoming and made sure we felt at home right from the start till we Leave. The Food Provided was all home-Made... made by the owners family.. the Food was truly yumm... The rooms were spotless, and the bedsheet were fresh. The bed was comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights after long days of sightseeing and Family Functions... The homestay had all the basic amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a lovely open spacious terrace where we could relax and have our meals together ... The rates we paid were very affordable and the homestay offered us excellent value. We got a cozy, well-maintained room with great services, making it worth every penny... Overall, I had a wonderful stay at PANAKAL RESIDENCY. It is the best Combination of comfort, hospitality, and location. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a homely and affordable accommodation option near...

Very very bad experience and choice for stay at fort kochi.

The rooms here are very small and it smells bad. I mean bathroom and toilet smells really really bad. Room is unclean and very small in size. Not enough room to walk or keep your suitcase. The wardrobe is very small. Your luggage and suitcase wont fit. No toilette’s are provided . Bathroom floor stinks. Bathroom doesn’t have ventilation and smells all the time. Biggest problem of all is the hot water.No hot water is available after 10 AM. I had to go tell the people in reception to turn on the water heater. Even which they refused after 10pm.

Folks are the reception are so dumb. I had booked the hotels for 3 nights . They kept knocking my door 5 times asking the same every time to show email confirmation and payment tariff for 3nights .

Only The roof top is good.

This is a cheap option you can have if all the homestays in kochi are full. I suggest you look elsewhere because there are a lot of beautiful homestays with...

We are stayed 16 members of warangal Telangana in 8 rooms of 4 days in Panakal residency in fort cochi which excellent ideal location in fort cochi During stay,they provided excellent service like family treatment with delicious food of seafood brought freshly from market and cock and served We taken 4 days with king fish , pampret scrubs and shrimps Another surprisingly owners uncle is 75 years old and taken care every minute to provide what we want and he climbing three floors around 30times A day.we admired to watch his working pation And alloy of hotel care taker was served with smile with quick and silently and neatly personally taken care Receptionist axa nice smiling it’s cost is cool atmosphere because of she having phycology back ground OWNER IS OWNER AND HIS SON AND...
