Service Apartment Capital City Trivandrum — Hotel in Kerala

Worst. They have said that pool accessibility comes with booking savitham apartment, worst of all the pools I have been. First of all the pool was so unclean with dead pigeons around the pool and bird crap and feathers in water.

Secondly, The apartment however boasted a well stocked kitchen but had less well planned collection of utensils and all the things in the cabinet were jumbled with no sugar or tea powder . The requested iron board and iron wasn't provided and mixer grinder was provided only after asking 2-3 times. Only the plate section was organised.

Apart from that the refrigerator stink, was dirty with patch marks inside it's compartments. I thought twice to keep something in it as I have baby food to keep in it. The unhygienic refrigerator made me think twice. Also the cabinet below stove was broken and bathroom too was unclean around bath shower area. The shower gel nearly empty, Didn't feel like bathing also

When they asked for feedback which they said would help them improve. When all good things were said about the apartment by us and things that could be improved on cleanliness factor was also said then the caretaker Savita replied very rudely and egotistcally. If they can't take a feedback professionally and with open mind to improve and do well next time even after asking for feedback. Then they shouldn't be in hospitality business. Only demanding a 5 or 10/10 star rating won't...

We had a great stay at Savitham. Its located at the heart of the city. Rooms are neat and clean....
