Ambience and Food is just OK . Staff is courteous . However , Very minimal toiletries are provided . Paying Rs.220/- as a punishment for a small hand towel (which was used after face wash and during cleaning some Liquid bindi and Sindoor from the forehead ) is completely annoying . Even a fresh hand towel will cost rs . 50-75 /- and staff charged a huge amount . As a kind gesture and not in any argumentative mood , paid rs 220/- for that towel washing (with a very very negative impression about the hospitality) . One can think how they are treating their guests (in so unprofessional manner ) . A married women shall not even use their hand towel in such a case . Felt very insulting and awkward. I am a regular user of accommodation of every category of hotels Nationally as well as Internationally , and never ever have such a bad experience . Honour of hotel should see to this type...

During my stay, I left the hotel room to attend a wedding. Upon returning, I was surprised to find three hotel staff members inside my room for cleaning. I did not authorize the cleaning of my room in my absence, nor was I asked by the hotel staff for permission. When I confronted them about this issue, neither the staff nor the manager seemed to understand the seriousness of the situation.

The manager says "A hotel staff can get inside the guest's room, without their permission for room service, and it is a "worldwide rule".

Bad harassment by the team for clearing a food bill. Booked a room for 2 days and first night we ordered a biryani worth 320 rupees. The hotel billed me for 378 rupees with 18% gst on which I questioned for why 18% on food and asked for a clarification. I didn’t receive any response. Rather a torture of coming to the room for every 20 mins and asking for the bill to be cleared. The room service boy came at night 3am asking to clear the bill. This was a horrible service and experience....
