Firstly, the servers were so busy that had to personally go multiple times to get a server to take our orders. The seating provided was initially rigjt next to music speakers making conversation impossible.

The pork sliders had hardly any filling and was left chewing on dry burger bread after first bite. The sea food tempura platter was entirely squid with 4 tiny prawns and two miniature crabs. An attempt to change order within 3 minutes of placing it was met with food already prepared but was served after 20 minutes.

The main server disappeared after taking orders and was impossible to get hold of anyone to add or give additional orders.

But the weirdest and most pathetic experience was after we requested to shift to a seating a bit far away from the music speakers, while mid meal we did get a better seating, it was in the middle of the venue where a new server suddenly asked us to sit next to each other and free the table as a large group had suddenly come!!! And if that wasn’t bizarre enough, he the kept asking us to get up from our seat and make way for him to pass every time he had to serve our surrounding tables. This went on for 6 times within 30 minutes, after which we decided it’s better to just leave the restaurant!!!

Who does that and what kind of seating arrangement has Four seasons made that requires customer/patrons to get up from their seat every time server wants to pass!!!!

The view and ambience is worth it but everything else about this place is avoidable, especially after paying a...

AER has always had a reputation for its breathtaking views, but this visit truly made it special for me. I went during sunset, and trust me, there’s absolutely no better time to be there. The golden hues reflecting off the city skyline and the sea breeze brushing past while you sip on a drink… it’s the kind of moment that makes you pause and just feel.

I started with a Matcha mocktail, curious to try something refreshing yet different. The bartender asked me how I liked it, and I said it was good and to my surprise, he smiled and came back with another one on the house! That little gesture of kindness really stood out. It wasn’t just about the drink; it was the thoughtfulness behind it. Shoutout to Imli and Harshal for the lovely complimentary drink, it truly made my day.

For food, I ordered the Margherita pizza, and it hit the spot. Perfectly crisp, not too heavy, and the flavors were beautifully balanced. It paired so well with the ambiance, laidback yet classy.

A special mention to Tanaji, who not only served us with a smile but also helped click some lovely photos during sunset. It’s rare to find staff who go the extra mile, and everyone here made me feel welcome, relaxed, and cared for.

Overall, AER isn’t just a rooftop lounge with a view, it’s an experience. Whether you’re there for the drinks, the vibes, or just to soak in a peaceful sunset over Mumbai, this place delivers on every front. Can’t wait to...

Marvel at the panoramic city and sea views and the endless ceiling of sky and stars here, at AER. Covering the entire roof of Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai, it creates an atmosphere of chic relaxation high above the bustling streets of Worli.

This edgy terrace bar on the 34th floor of Four Seasons Hotel, has contemporary seating and glass walls which offer views of the city below and the sea beyond. A saucer shaped bar takes centre-stage where the bartender accepts requests and mixes some heady cocktails. The high-energy lounge, which is one of the highest in India, is kept abuzz by the resident DJ playing nightly sets of upbeat jazz, funk, house, club and a unique twist on classic hits from the '80s and '90s. They accept no prior reservations and table is allotted on first come first serve basis. This place opens at 5 in the evening. Make sure you don't miss sunset, when planning to visit here.

If you’re feeling adventurous, try Fired Up, a fantastic cocktail with whiskey, mint, jalapeños and pineapple. Though this is a rooftop bar, the lounge is not very spacious and intimate evenings can be ruined due to lack of privacy.

AER also plays host to a number of curated event nights each month showcasing the best of Indian and global DJs, creators of cool and trendsetters making it the one of the trendiest spots in Mumbai. All in all, it offers a memorable experience...

Posted first sometime in 2021 before it shut for renovation, along with a 5 star Fun place to club in. Update: June 2023 post renovation It's lost it's fun vibe certainly with more formal, premium looking settings. The bar with the great view was to me one of the best feature of Aer before it renovated. But how it's relocated takes that away. I visited just after it reopened. It's still also clearly facing teething issues. The retractable roof cover failed with Mumbai first lashing rains of the season. The service staff are yet to be trained. The menu was duplicate printed and disorganized. The new food and cocktails list seemed like a regression from the last one. They seriously need to review that one! The hummus in the mezze platter was spoilt and had to be sent back. They replaced it with a fresh batch. But what made it worse is that chef refused to accept it was spoilt. The platter was at best ok, not account for the spoilt badge served fiasco. Also ordered a Chinese inspired Tofu that was "listless" to say the least. Also a Middle East inspired roll - which was a good choice. I am going to stay away from there for a few months till the rains have passed and hopefully they've resolved their teething issues by then. Hoping it goes back by then to being a better version of what it used to be...not a worse one.

🍸🥂Aer is languorously sprawled across the 34th floor offering a bird’s eye view of the city (which turns absolutely spectacular after the sun goes down). Decked out in sleek, minimalist white furniture, dark wood parquet flooring and an illuminated circular bar with nothing but glass separating it from the deep plunge down to ground zero, Aer is unreservedly posh. The cocktails are superb and the menu focuses on international tapas. Drop in before sunset to sip on champagne and cocktails at half their usual prices. 🏆✨Head to the 34th floor of the Four Seasons in Mumbai and enjoy Aer’s🎆 impressive 360-degree views of bustling Mumbai. And during rains, you can sit under a private canopy! Fascinating, isn't it?📸📋 😎what energy and buzz here. the 34th floor of the Four Seasons Hotel night, just as the book goes to press.
