The ambience is literally old fashioned which in my eyes are very beautiful and pleasing to watch. The entrance door when you look at it makes you feel like you are in for a great persian food. I bet you would gaze at those persian architecturals on those walls, with floral and diamond style carved out on woods. The lamps hanging above the table just lits up the food and your mood . The sofas covered with those typical persian paintings style. It's vibrant and pleasing to the eyes. There is ample space within with another storey on top with chairs. The staff is really, really polite while treating it's customers as king or queen like those in the olden days. 2- Chicken Crispy Ok, what's so special. The taste superb, the quantity stomach filling. Persia Darbar has filled the plate with chicken and properly balanced veggies. I thoroughly enjoyed this one.
3- Chicken Tikka 6 huge pieces of chicken grilled and served in tomato cream sauce. It's beautifully served, juicy and tasty. Oh the oil content is also less which also makes it really all the way more healthy as well.
4- Paneer Tikka Biryani You must be wondering why did i order something in veg that too in biryani. I heard alot about persia Darbar's veg biryani and they nailed it. Medium spiced, loaded with quantity with large pieces of paneer stuffed in that tikka masala. So veg lovers you could try this out. The masala and the paneer just complements each other over here.
5- Butter Chicken A must must try out. We all have a thing for this dish but it's perfectly executed by Persia Darbar. It's crafted so beautifully with it's serving and taste. I won't say much but all i would say is enjoy it while it lasts on your plate.
6- Rumali roti Persia Darbar makes one of a kind Rumali roti. It's huge and to make it tastier added some butter to it. I just loved it soft and perfect for my butter chicken.

The look and feel itself is so ecstatic one just can’t stop admiring the beauty of this place. The staff was quite polite and the food was good. Overall this is our take on Persia Darbar: Ambience: 5/5 Service:5/5 Food: 4/5 Creativity: 4/5 Food we ordered:
Murgh Zafrani Kebab: Tender chicken chunks richly marinated in rich saffron marination roasted until soft juicy kebabs. This was definitely delightful and had a hint of spice.
Murgh Jungli Kebab: This by far were the best kebabs I had amongst all. The meat was truly melt in mouth kinda textured with rich creamy marination spiced mildly just enough to balance the meat flavor. Highly recommended.
Murgh Banjaara Kebab: This was a delicious preparation of spicy marinated chicken chunks with a strong spice and cumin flavor and complemented very well with mint chutney.
Murgh Kalimiri Kebab: This was all over on their Zomato reviews and thought of giving it a try. I totally would have regretted if I would have missed it. This was insanely delicious. Tender juicy chicken drumsticks in rich buttery peppery preparation came so good together I fell in love. Highly recommended and my fav.
Mutton Chap Tandoori Red: Mutton chops cooked in spicy buttery gravy is another delight for Mutton Lovers. The meat was cooked on point and was bursting with flavours.
Chicken Punjabi: For Mains we thought of trying something different than the usual mughlai spicy gravies and on the server’s recommendation we went for this dish. It was a cashewnut based creamy white gravy with no spice at all. Yet it was quite rich and flavourful. Beautifully garnished with boiled eggs, fried onions and coriander for that amazing burst of flavor. It went really well with laccha paratha and butter garlic naan.
Chicken Dum Biryani: Coming to a Mughlai place and not relishing on Biryani should be a sin indeed. We ordered for this classic Biryani and were blown away by its quantity. It was simply huge plate full of goodness. The chicken was nicely done, the rice was flavorful and everything was delicious.
Beverages: For drinks we went for a salted buttermilk, sweet lime soda, butterscotch float and a spicy cocktail. All the drinks were quite refreshing.
Desserts: For the finisher we tried the Honey moon special which was a sweet concoction of kulfi, fruits, jelly, custard, and all the goodness is one huge bowl. That was truly amazing and would definitely recommend it.
Overall the food was amazingly delicious and the quantity was quite astonishing. The flavours truly give you a royal touch with such rich preparations. The ambience too is pretty royal and gives you an overall satisfied feel to dine in with such food. Totally loved...
Read moreWith an exquisite decor showcasing the essence of Mughlai culture and a menu characterized by a spread of dishes brimming with authenticity, Persia Darbar is gem of a restaurant. Starting off with the ambience and design elements that give it a chic vibe, the interiors are blissful with a warm and welcoming atmosphere and a very comfortable seating arrangement. The menu festooned with loads of treats, is very elaborate.
Starters With juicy and tender Kebabs and other tandoor grilled appetizer options along with a few popular Chinese starters, the menu boasts a diversity of appetizers. We ordered : Murgh Kalimiri Tandoori Murgh Jungli Kebab
Beverages & Mocktails To sip along with the appetizers, we ordered 'Green Lime Mojito' and 'Orange Kick Mocktail'. They're very refreshing and taste great too. The Mojito is on the sweeter side compared to it's latter counterpart. Garnished with Tangerine, the 'Orange Kick Mocktail' has a great aftertaste and goes really well with the starters.
Main Course With a line-up of flavourful Biryanis and other delicacies ranging from aromatic gravies to be devoured with their assortment of Indian Breads to an array of Arabian and Chinese dishes, the menu features a plethora of dishes. The portion sizes are pretty good with respect to the rates.
We ordered 'Mutton Bhuna' with 'Butter Garlic Naan' and 'Cheese Naan'. The Bhuna gravy served here, has a lovely texture and colour. It is loaded with a medley of flavours and is rich in every culinary aspect that matters. The pieces of mutton submerged in this succulent gravy were juicy and extremely delectable, like a fiery treat to the taste buds owing to the meld of spices it features. With Butter Garlic Naan and Cheese Naan, somehow the gravy tasted even better like some sort of enhancement to it's characteristic flavour. It's an amazing gravy dish, if you're looking for something spicy in semi-thick consistency, this is the dish for you.
Desserts Just like every other Mughlai and North Indian place, the dessert section encompasses a spread of popular ones like pudding and trendy ones like 'Honeymoon Special' which is a blend of all the desserts in the menu. We had 'Rabdi' and 'Feerni'. Served in earthen containers, it looks really traditional. In terms of flavour the Rabdi deserves an extra point than Feerni. It was very creamy and succulent, felt like oodles of heaven treating the taste buds.
Summarizing my experience at Persia Darbar, I couldn't have asked for more. It was perfect with respect to every gastronomic factor that I can think of. Especially the customer service, which was unblemished. Our table was hosted by Mr. Aajay Gupta and Mr. Vishal who really set a benchmark for a top notch...
