Apsara Ice Creams — Restaurant in Mumbai

I scream! You scream! We all scream for ICE SCREAM ❤😇 Haha I still can't get enough of this line when having ice cream. Especially its double the fun when you are having one from an ice-cream parlour like @Apsara.. We all love it's 'Guava Chilli' and 'Panipuri Patakha' but we also tried their 'Cookie n Cream' in a cone which was baked by their staff. Machine made cones just don't have that taste, trust me!! The icecream as usual was amazing but the best part was it had Oreo cookie crumbs but wasn't purely Oreo. What I mean is, the Oreo flavour which in major cases is the overwhelming flavour in a dessert, wasn't the case here and we thoroughly enjoyed this for a change. This is an amazing and delightful change for all the regular chocolate flavours that we are in love with. So we had - Pani Puri Patakha❤️ Comes with crunches of the pani-puri Puri and also the Bundi that is added in panipuri. You can have it two ways, either you add the icecream in the Puri and enjoy biting the Puri as though eating a puchka or.. you can crunch your Puri and sprinkle some with the Bundi on your scoop. We would recommend the second option! Coconut Cravings❤️ This is a beautiful flavour with fresh coconut pieces inside and the icecream tastes as tender as the white flesh inside the green coconut. If you are a coconut lover, you shouldn't miss this. Romantic Rose The name itself suggests the sweetness this one brings to our meal. You could actually smell the rose and there were pieces of almonds which all the more enhanced the flavour. Cookie n Cream ❤️ Don't need to tell you guys any more how much we loved this. Especially the cones. Guava Glory We all are already in love with this one, aren't we? The sweetness of guava with chilli sprinkled on it, you can enjoy the freedom it brings and the extremities it takes you with the sweet and spicy flavour. Crunchy Chikki Miss eating the Chikki during Sankranti? This won't let you miss it ever. Whenever you're craving for it, visit this outlet and satiate yourself. The icecream except for the coolness, actually brings you the authentic taste. Jambu Josh Well this is only if it's a purple season. I mean the Jambu season. Enjoy your favourite fruit in its ice cream form like never before. Ramadan Special❤️ Well this is as the name suggests, only available during Ramzan Month. But you totally fall in love with this one as it comes rich in dry fruits and also a tinge of the sevaiyya curry taste. You cannot miss this one as it's like once a year kind of availability. Pan Pasand❤️ Finally, we reach here. It's like, be it any meals or an ice-cream feast, it could turn more pleasant if ending in Pan. And this is the best option for everyone who loves to eat pan but hates the red lips!! This ice cream comes green in colour and all the pan masala added. Infact, they also miss strips of betel leaves to give you the original taste. Mahn, you just can't have enough of this❤

So today I visited Apsara Icecreams - Since 1971 (Malad West) Everyone knows this well icecream brand and most of you have tried this! Those who have not tried Apsara Icecream are missing the seasonal as well as common flavours for icecream The ambiemce was pretty.It had 2 pairs of well maintained sofa and some extra chairs to sit and enjoy the icecreams The interiors are very well designed and some of the part is in renowation to make it more beautiful I tried : 1) Guava Masala - Perfectly tasting guava with the pieces of guava inside the icecream with the masala powder sprinkled over it tasted perfectly 2) Belgian Bites - Made up of belgian chocolate having cholate chips and pieces made it tastier then expected 3) Pani Puri icecream - This is my personal favourite as this pani puri icecream tasted like a real pani puri. Over the scoop of icecream there were crush pieces of puri which made it look perfect 4) Blueberry Cheesecake Icecream - This icecream is true heaven for those who love berries. It also had some pieces of berries in it which made it delicious 5) Funky Ferrero and Cookies and cream icecream - I tried trying them in a single cup with half scoop. Cookies and cream tasted like oreo cookies and Funky ferrero had pieces of ferrero chocolate in it The staff was very quick and gave me some fantastic...

Big surprises come in tiny sizes! And this ice-cream parlor is just the best surprise this summer. This is a tiny outlet with great seating arrangements and good lighting. The staff is extremely friendly and well versed with the menu.

About the icecreams:

Guava Glory - This was easily the best spicy guava ice cream I've had, period. Tiny chunks of guava and red chilli powder sprinkled on top, all led to a blast of flavours. Highly recommended!

Belgian Bites - Not a fan of this one. I've had better Belgian Chocolate ice cream than this.

Paan Pasand - Again, a very unique flavour. If you're someone who likes paan, then this will definitely please you. There are pieces of rose petals in the ice-cream! Recommended!

Overall, I'd suggest one to try the fruit flavours than the chocolate ice creams. Kudos, Apsara Icecream! I shall definitely...
