My experience at the Silver Inn restaurant in the hotel I visited today was utterly disappointing. Upon entering, I politely requested the manager to relocate us to a more suitable table. Despite his assurance of accommodating another family nearby, he instead seated a group of boys who proceeded to loudly abuse, disrupting our meal. Despite my subsequent request for them to lower their voices, the manager dismissively stated they were office staff enjoying themselves,neglecting any consideration for other diners. The lack of management control was glaring, leading to an unpleasant atmosphere unsuitable for families. The only redeeming aspect was the convenient location, yet the food quality was merely average, coupled with exorbitant menu prices. The hotel was superb – the ambience had such a chill and positive vibe, perfect for a special occasion. The food was absolutely delicious, and every guest loved it.
