Hotel BKC Prime — Hotel in Mumbai

FRAUD!!! They will ask you to transfer the advance to a personal number belonging to some Mohammad Iqbal. I did and within ten minutes requested the booking to be canceled and the amount to be refunded, since there was a sudden change in plan. Not only were they not willing to refund the amount but when called a second time, they were also abusive. I have in all these years never come across such non professionalism and crude abusive behavior from any hospitality staff. WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO AVOID. These guys are goons and care for nothing. No wonder there are so many bad reviews on google and all travel sites wherever they're listed. Hotel stay is very nice & comfortable. Staff is so humble, helpful & always there for your concern. Staff is so polite. Hotel is also very beautiful. U.S. Embassy is so near approx 2-3 min on auto. Auto persons stands hotel outside is also very helpful. Building staff on ground floor is also very helpful & polite. Building has one restaurant Swagat. Food is decent. They provides u services till 12 pm. After that if you want anything, staff is there for your help & also allows zomato swiggy food. This is very good part which is appreciated. Staff plays a big role in hotels. We are fully satisfied from staff service. Overall, our stay is mind blowing. A Deplorable Experience—Misleading, Unhygienic, and Unprofessional

This place was utterly abhorrent. The room was a claustrophobic joke—nowhere near the “spacious” look from the photos. The sheets were filthy; I had to demand fresh ones just to avoid using the stained originals. The lift was disgusting, smeared with spit—totally unacceptable for any establishment.
