Booked this hotel via Make My Trip (MMT)||1. No phone numbers (3 nos) of hotel were working provided by MMT.||2. No response by hotel for early check in request.||3.Reached hotel & waited 3.30 hrs for the room & finally got at 10.30.||4. Room was spacious.||5. Room was dirty. lots of hair , dirt & some places chewing gum on floor.||6. Toilet was pathetic. Pls refer the pics..||7. I booked double bed executive deluxe room for my comfort but there was huge gap in mattress so it is not double bed.||8. on complaining about bed, they said "galti ho gayi ki aapko early check-in diya" ??!!||9. No response on intercom till morning 7.30 am.. & checked out at around 7.45 am.||10. This hotel had installed a high noise call bell some where in lobby near stairs to call staff. it's a most irritating & discomfort as you can not sleep. they keep ringing the call bell from reception frequently & you wakeup due to noise in room.... very funny system. On complaint they didn't accepted that bell is installed..refused & said it's bell from dockyard time watch. Not ready to accept the issue...||||11. on complaint of AC remote not working at reception, the guy came and without knowing the problem, started saying "Thanda kar to raha hai"||12. blankets were full of hairs & no cover sheet provided. On request for a cotton sheet to cover before blanket. the reply was "hum to nahi dete" & we wash blankets daily. they replaced the blanket but it was worst than previous. No hygiene understanding.||12. No study table provided as mentioned on MMT website.||13. The double bed was a make shift arrangement & bed side switch boards were for away from bed...||14. When I reached hotel in the morning at around 8 am, hotel main enterence was locked & no one was present. knocked the door but no one present at reception. Location: 5/5 Located right on the main Colaba street, a decently close walk to many tourist sites around

Reception: 2/5 Sofas are extremely worn and dirty. Needs a good cleaning. Person at reception is helpful, but sounds intimidating because of his loud voice.

Room: 2/5 Tiny. Comfortable only if you're a solo traveller. If you're above 5'5" in height, make sure to switch off the fan. I'm 6'2" and I almost got a haircut. Cleaning crew needs to be attentive to more than just the floor. I found food particles on the mirror, side table and the wall next to the mirror. My door was missing its handle.

Linen: 1/5 Ironed. But dirty. The pillow cases were definitely dropped on a dirty floor and then just not replaced. The bedsheet was extremely itchy. I threw the blanket in a corner. Towels looked like they were not washed.

Food: Not ordered There's no restaurant in the premises, they have a menu card and will procure the food. But staying hardly a kilometre from many famous eateries around, you'll probably need it only for breakfast.

Price 2/5 Only reason for the 2 is the location. Else the room and facilities are extremely poor...
