Kalpana Resto Bar — Restaurant in Mumbai

Recently visited Kalpana Restaurant and Bar in Colaba. While the ambience was okay and our server Sanjay was polite and attentive, the food experience was very disappointing. We ordered drinks, some snacks, and seafood — but the snacks were tasteless and undercooked, and the fish was clearly not fresh.

When we asked for chaat masala, they gave us aamchur powder instead, which just made things worse. It genuinely felt like the kitchen staff didn’t care, as if they were doing us a favor instead of serving paying customers. The quality was unacceptable, and the chefs need serious improvement.

I wouldn’t recommend this place for food — maybe just for a quick drink, thanks to decent service by Sanjay, but definitely not...

One of the old bars in Colaba with end number of varieties of food and liquor every day they have special discounts on starters keeping drinkers in Mind. Staff is very polite and cooperative open till 0130hrs in night. They have no smoking and smoking seatings which is really good and makes it even family friendly if your family don’t mind coming to a bar and trying the end number of good...

The food in this restaurant is very good.... and the staff here is also very.. good.. and especially their.. service is very good.. and here.. there is AC and non AC... The location of this..bar and restaurant is in front of Sassoon Dock...you should visit...
