OYO Flagship 23993 Victoria Grand Colaba — Hotel in Mumbai

Every single complaint of other reviewers are true. From Lift working or dirty linens to rude staff..every word written by others are true.

We took a cab to this place from dadar station and reached just opp to the google map location, but since there is no name board or oyo board we called up the reception. To our surprise the receptionist did not know the location herself amd even though i mentioned a store name which is very much on the ground floor of the hotel building she did not recognize. She only guided us to go further 15 buildings only to return back

Once we reached and checked in, the wifi never worked, nor we had hot water in the bathroom. Thw toilet stinked so bad that if we left the door open even for few seconds, the entire room would stink. Absolutely no toiletries were provided. Only thing available inside was a bottle (half full) of handwash. The bed linen had hair on the pillow cases and there were left over pistachio shells on the floor inside the room.

We stayed there for 2 nights and to our surprise, the second day we were not given fresh bath towels. When asked the reason given was the laundry person had not showed up and they did not have towels. Then we insisted that the cleaner had removed our used towels while cleaning the room on second day they provided us with 1 towel between 2 of us.

Lastly, the only good thing about this hotel is its location & price oyo gives it to you for. And for this benefit, be ready to face rude and shameless staff plus all the non existent amenities...wifi, no help carrying bags if you have to climb 3 floors without lift, rude cleaning boys who will show faces if you point out even to clear the dustbin and change thrash bags. When my wife pointed out to the cleaner he just told her its not even full so he wont remove old garbage...

Stayed here in last week if june and even mentioned everything above to the oyo feedback call I received post my stay.

A big shout out to people who are booking this, if you are absolutely only looking for a air conditioned room with a bed and can show some of your own attitude back to the staff, choose this place. Otherwise read the above review and many others before burning your money..better stay...

If you have any other option, Please don't book this hotel. They name it Flagship, but its like a cheap lodge, Not even Oyo standard.

LOCATION: They recently moved to Oyo I think, because of that its really hard to find this hotel, its in an old building with a grill elevator and wood steps. situated backside. Even locals don't know about this place. we spent more than half hour to find this place because it looked like a godown from outside,

THE ROOM: I have never seen a bad room like this in a 3 star hotel and they say its a flagship. It smells really bad like something dead. Also in Toilet exhaust was not working. The staffts don't evn know what's an exhaust is. They don't put towels and they did not took the old used towel the previous guests were using. Also the Bed and linen used was also seemed like old and it was dirty. And the room interioor are also really bad. Moreover, Waste Bin of the hotel was placed infront of our room and I can see drooms and cleaning materials nearby the walkway. See images I have attached.

FOOD: I think its better not to take the breakfast, its not a buffet, just one item. What if you don't like it? We got some north indian dish which we don't like.

This place doesn't deserve to be flagship. Had spent 2 nights here and my experience was very very bad. Oyo degraded my booking from Premium to this in the last minute and it was very difficult to spot the place. The building photos are completely edited here. The actual building is very very old and the lifts Don't even function properly. The hotel is in one not even a whole floor, forget amenities it should be considered as a OYO spot on(budget hotel). After this experience I have completely lost my faith on OYO. How they don't do background checks and give flagship ataus to any hotel. And that too to a Premium customer. Oyo fails big time.
