I've been a regular at Thirdwave Coffee for quite some time now, and while the ambiance and coffee quality have been consistently good, my recent experience left me a bit disheartened. On a particular day, I was asked to relocate not once, but twice by the barista. As someone who frequents the establishment, I couldn't help but feel a bit unwelcome. I understand the need to manage space, but the frequency of relocation requests surprised me. What further caught me off guard was the barista's insistence on not allowing me to sit for an extended period, even though I was engrossed in my work on a laptop. It's disheartening when a place you consider your go-to spot begins to feel less accommodating. It's disheartening to think that my experience might have deviated from the norm. I believe in constructive feedback, and I hope that Thirdwave Coffee takes this into consideration. I recently visited Third Wave Coffee in Colaba with a close friend on a sunny afternoon, and the experience was nothing short of delightful. The moment we stepped in, we were greeted by a warm, cozy ambiance — wooden interiors, soothing music, and a subtle aroma of fresh coffee made it feel instantly welcoming. It’s the kind of place where you can spend hours chatting or even working in peace.

Third wave coffee has been my favourite escape since the past few months now. No matter if i have to go there to work, to spend time with my friends or go on a date, it has become a go to place as it sets a perfect backdrop for every occasion with its ambiance and the music taste that is irresistible. If that was not enough then its the beautiful staff that always greets you with the biggest smile and bids you goodbye too before you leave. But its the experience that you get in the middle. The tasty food, the best beverages and these amazing people just make your experience worth while. I could never go a day without talking to Pooja and Prerna, they feel like friends who i cannot go without meeting now, ones who always remember details about you and make sure to ask you about it. Ishita no matter how busy being the boss lady that she is will always make sure to greet you with a happy smile. And sarita, a sweetheart gave us an incredible coffee tasting session today.
