Sai Prasad NX Dining Bar — Restaurant in Mumbai

I celebrated my Mom-In-Law's 80 birthday and out of many places, I am really glad I did the party here. Owner Sukesh was an absolute great guy, and excellent salesman but/and DELIVERED ON EVERYTHING, even giving me the whole top restaurant space ON A FRIDAY NIGHT.

The staff were great and very attentive to all the guests.

The buffet ... just amazing. I asked for stuffed bombil as starters and after 3 tries, his chef Ram perfected it. I really hope you put it on your regular menu, Sukesh. The Mutton Agri Lapeta and Fish Green Masala ... real yummy. All this feedback is from my guests.

The DJ had everyone, including the oldies on the dance floor. Shout out to the bartender, the server who made my wife's and my plate (drunk with the Grey Goose shots) Decorations were very well done.

Most importantly, the feedback I got from all my guests was "an amazing party with amazing food and booze." Disappointing Experience at Sai Prasad NX

I had a terrible experience at Sai Prasad NX. The service was extremely slow, and the staff was rude and unprofessional. Despite waiting for a long time, our order was either delayed or completely ignored. When we tried to ask about it, the staff responded with arrogance instead of resolving the issue.

The food was also below average—cold and lacking in flavor. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was welcoming and cozy—perfect for catching up after a long workday. The staff was polite and made sure we were comfortable throughout the evening.
