The Eye Club, HHI Vimannagar — Restaurant in Pune

Staying in this hotel totally ruined our trip to Pune. The room was so uncleaned that we felt disgusted to stay there. We asked for a different room but the condition of the second room was same. So we decided the move to a different hotel. As we had booked the room for 2 days and we had already checked in, so we asked the hotel manager if we can get refund for one day as we don’t expect them to given a full refund (we were being kind and considerate, we could have asked for full refund as the hotel was nothing like in there photos and we felt cheated). Instead of doing something of the situation the manager suggested us that we can check out whenever we want but the refund won’t be done. Me and my husband had visited India after 1 and half year and we were really excited to revisit all the places. The last time we visited this hotel we loved the service so much that we dint think twice before booking this hotel. But the hotel has completely become a trash in these years. Worst...

Had to stay for 8 hours because of an early flight the next day. The moment I entered the hotel - the music was loud beyond need. I could hardly say or hear anything that the person on the reception was saying.

After checking in, there was no one to take my luggage or accompany me to my room. The room overall was drenched in old-room smell, the bedsheet were old and unclean. The bathroom was okay but I found hair strands in the bath tub.

I went down at about 11 in the night to let them know about the level of uncomfortable situation I had in my room, but it was so loud that I couldn’t find anyone there. The receptionist is literally in the middle of their night club. The loud music did not allow me to sleep a bit - I had to leave the hotel (early checkout) at 3 in the night, I preferred waiting at the Airport than this place.

This review is for HHI Hotel Viman nagar as this is the proper location of the hotel & other location on Google is wrongly pinned & will take you to a wrong location & place .

1st thing is that this is not a 4 star hotel as they claim , its a 1 star hotel with the quality of property they are offering & also the quality of staff here is zero star . No one will help you with bags during check in or check out , the bell boy will keep staring at you but wont assist . Front office staff are rude , Sly & Canny . The hotel is ill maintained & is 1 star to say the least . Only saving grace is their housekeeping team on the floor who are trying their level best to upkeep this pathetic hotel .
