Café Coffee Day - Viman Nagar — Restaurant in Pune

Guys, I am frequent visitor of CCD. Usually I buy CCD's Devils Own Cold Coffee. So I know what things come in that drink. This coffee comes with whipped cream at the top for sure. But since last 1-2 months, this CCD located at Viman Nagar is not adding Whipped Cream on Devil's Own or any other Cold Coffee. When I asked the staff about it they told me that Whipped Cream is not available and company is not supplying them Whipped Cream. Guys if I'm paying INR 230+ Taxes for a coffee and if it's being served with complete and proper ingredients, then is it worth to waste my money on such drink or is it worth to visit CCD ??? I went to this CCD to get take out coffee while someone waited for me in the car across the road, but first of all when I went to place an order they said please sit and we'll come to take your order, I waited for nearly 10 minutes and no one came to take my order.. then I went and placed it myself at the counter and it took such a lot of time for them to prepare simple cappuccinos that there was no point of takeout, the person in the car also came by and sat and we waited for the coffee to arrive.. and when it arrived they even forgot the correct order and had to correct it thereafter.. coffee was good just like at any other CCD however the service was very poor, and this is despite them being well staffed and not having many customers at the...

Visited this place for som. Coffee. My past experiences have generally been sour when it comes to the quality of the coffee. This was an excellent. As my first visit to the branch here were my observations.

I requested for a cappuccino with nk foam. The lady at the counter advised that if she removed the foam, I will be served a little over half the. If quantity as the foam is SUPPOSED to be 80%. So, I opted for a latte, made slightly stronger. (Note- cappuccino is stronger than latter and has more foam)
