Madan Residency — Hotel in Punjab

Firstly, it is the best hotel in budget price. I got a deluxe room for 600/day, and the next day till 9 pm, they took 50/hour i.e 450 rps. So overall 1050 for almost 2 days.

Rooms - All rooms are with working AC, working water heater and TV. Good bedding and overall comfortable for sleeping.

Location - The Location of the hotel is around 10 mins approx 700-800 mts from golden temple and you have to walk through small lanes with shops and eatery all around. The lanes get dark at night and are not very clean, but then it's not the problem of the hotel because the entire area around here is the same.

I was a female solo traveler and found my stay here completely safe, good and comfortable.

Visited Amritsar with family(total 9 individuals) opted for this place after checking the reviews and wasn’t disappointed. The place is just few meters from the golden temple and jallianwala bagh

The owner Vikas ji was very cordial and arranged for pick n drop as well as arranged for other site visit. He was so kind enough to upfrontly arrange food for our train journey.

It is located at the cloth market near Pyara Lal paneer bhurji wala in Karmo wali Gali.On Google direction is wrong. Rooms are very neat and clean but I got the room in which washroom was not attached. Rooms should have atleast 1 table to keep the luggage as there are no Almira. There are no windows. Staff is good.
