I simply cannot say enough good things about the team here. We had had a suitcase mixup in Delhi which meant that we needed to get our suitcase from Delhi and return the other couple’s suitcase. The gentlemen at Murad Haveli went above and beyond in their actions. They dropped everything to help us and accompanied us to the Post Office, travel agent, train station etc. as we worked out the different possibilities. When someone takes you personally across town to meet an incoming train at midnight to get a suitcase, and navigates the sometimes bewildering experience that is Indian railways on your behalf, you know that you’ve found truly exemplary service! ||They very much want their guests to feel at home, and we were overwhelmed by their patience, friendliness and general helpfulness.||The air-conditioned rooms are simple and spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds and beautifully decorated with local fabrics.
