And while ordering I specifically told him to bring good pieces of mutton in the dish. When the dish came I found one big piece mostly bony with hardly any meat, another big piece with all gelatenous and rubbery meat, and only two small pieces of palatable meat. In fact I was very disappointed and did not have even enough meat in the dish for two rotis. I had to eat the third roti with gravy only. As I was tasting Lal Mas for the first time I cannot vouch for its authenticity but it was very good and tasted different that mutton prep we usually have.
