Flagship Hotel Lakshmi Narayana Salem New Bus Stand — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

If I want to rate then I would give below 0 if any. It was a waste of money and time and energy. I checked in on 14th early morning at 3.45 and checked out on 16th early morning at 2.30 AM. In this one day I was fed up and I regret why did I book this hotel. Room was dirty and the blanket was not tidy. Air condition was not working and he asked us to adjust with fan which was very high and not air circulation in the room. I asked for Breakfast he said our hotel kitchen is closed but as you have paid for we will get the break fast from outside. We were given breakfast from outside and all the food was put together which I felt as if been given to beggar. While checking out the man over there he asked for something hence we gave some cash too. They also asked me to cancel the booking through OYO and book directly to avail some discount but I denied and continued the booking. My food stuff was eaten by rats inside the room when we came in after we finished our work in Salem. Afraid of rats I checked out on the same night. Totally unprofessional. VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED AND SUCH HOTELS WILL DEFINITELY SPOIL THE NAME OF OYO IF ACTION...

First of all, the hotel is located in very small street opposite to new bus stand. It was very difficult to take my car inside and got stuck in a very small street. So parked car outside the road and then took an auto to this hotel. Secondly, the price booked in Oyo was for Rs. 700, however the hotel asked me to pay Rs. 1000 saying that the price in Oyo is not correct. Our stay was just for 2 Horus to get refreshed before catching our train. Considering that we hava baby and luggages i had no other option other than paying whatever they demanded. Third, the actual room condition was no where near the pictures posted in Oyo. The pictures in Oyo are so misleading. The paints in the walls and ceiling were were dirty. The hand gun in the toilet wasn't working, the bucket in the toilet was leaking. There was no water for almost an hour. (In my stay of 2 hours)

Totally it's a waste of money and never suitable for any stay with family. I ve decided not to use Oyo after this...

The reason why I booked an OYO because of the last experience I had with them, which was fantastic. The booking had free wifi, towel and the soap; all of these were from the Oyo exclusive. I was under an impression that I would experience the same with this booking as well. However, the situation was pathetic. Even though the room was neat(upto par), the toilet flush was not working. No wifi at all. When I tried to connect to the wifi, the login page which I was displayed with says please make a payment(they have not made the payment in a very long time.). It looks like that one has been using the internet ever since this started. Why would they display it in the description then? I got a card with username and password of the wifi written on it with my last booking through OYO.

At least make the flush...
