Hotel Aishwaryaa — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

Hi all.I would like to share my experience about our stay in this hotel..the hotel is at skc road, opposite to telephone bhavan. We stayed here between 25th December and 27th December. We reached here on dec 25th around 10.50 pm. We had booked a deluxe room and opted for 2 extra beds since we were four in number(3 adults and a 12 year old boy ) . They gave a room for us initially but unfortunately ac was not working in that room. So we asked for room exchange, hotel management gave us another room around midnight 12 am. The room was okay , but was not spacious enough. The extra beds they gave us was full of dust. Management could take extra care in maintenance. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Also they said that there was solar system and we will get hot water for bathing , but not sure what was issue with the system we did not get hot water . We complained the management, they said it will take around 30 to 45 mins to get hot water after they switch on the central heater..but nothing worked. Amenities included wifi connection and complimentary breakfast. Wifi connectivity was poor inside the room. Connectivity was good at reception. To mention about food, i would give a good rating ( 5 star for food alone ) . Its a veg and non veg restaurant. Complimentary breakfast included , ildy, Pongal, Kaara kuzhipanyaram, ice biryani ( old rice with curd ), one juice, bread , and poori , dosa, omlet , egg dosa were available on demand. Food items provided for complimentary breakfast could have been hot still. We had lunch there ( veg meals) and phulka and veg gravy for dinner , phulka was too good and soft. This is an amazing hotel. Considering the nature of Erode as an industrial city, I was not expecting a hotel like this. Very good hotel, well maintained, neat and clean. The small restaurant is multi cuisine with very tasty dishes. The service at all levels is pleasant. I have to add one more thing. Though may look silly, in many of the hotels with similar rating, I have observed that the complementary bottle of water you get in your room will be of a local manufacturer, but the one you get if you pay will be international brand. But in this hotel, they give you the same international brand complementary. This is something I see as their commitment to quality service. Location of the hotel is also good, as it is in one of the major roads of the city, not far away from bus stand or railway station. At the same time, it is a little away from the main road.
