Service is pathetic.. the old man in the service counter poorly responds to the queries.. Sides they've given only popcorn and sundal. Nothing else for a Beer.. The old man at the counter was eating the popcorn which was kept for guests in his bare hands, taking a bunch of popcorn, eating a few and putting the balance in the tub where he had taken it. The left out popcorn was served to guests.. Management pls check the CCTV between 6 to 6.30 on 13th March.. Very worst.. Spending soo much on nice interiors and ambience with poor experience won't get you guests back.. Have attached 2 pics, 1st one taken at the Handle bar with only 2 sides, the next pic taken at Toniq bar which is just opposite, went there for my 2nd beer. Excellent service and satisfying sides at the Toniq bar.. A last final touch, the restroom on Handle bar smells like a public toilet, where the Toniq was excellent. Just experience yourself.. Very very worst service i never seen this kind of worst service. There is no quality in the drinks and foods. In erode i tried many bars compare to all this is very down worst service. Every time have to call the service guys and keep on standing the bar counter itself. They served the complimentary snacks seriously the local bars provide bars provides best compare to here. There is no basic sense to how to approach the customers. Quality of snacks especially chicken really worst whichever the chicken part throwing from job they collecting that and cook and serve here. Drinking glas, chairs, dining area not cleaned properly. Guys if you arrange any party or other kind of events please don't...

nice to change the face of Erode changing. very neatly set. point to check on

1. no proper way to enter the bar, i was made to walk down the parking space below the building n use the service lift to reach Handle bar.
2. staff need to be very polite to customers, in my case as i sat down the staff comes n says move from here to single seats as 4 seat tables are only for 4 members. it was like a move off man kinda attitude. usually i am a generous tipper but in this case i hadnt kept a penny. sorry have to change ur attitude n...
